Fantastic arrangement here! Love the levels, and how there's this edginess floating somewhere below the surface. Great use of percussion, too. Great sense of where to make transitions and the skills that make them seamless. Very, very sweet work here.
Lol - only if those Marines keep dancing in time with the beat do they have any chance of making out of this one! Love those percs you're using - remind me a bit of my favorite early Industrial/Dance stuff (Test Dept. etc.). And the deep frequencies keep it edgy and interesting. Nice one.
You've got such an interesting musical sensibility. You're ear to melody lines is one of my favorites on this site, and this track emphasizes all that you do so well. Love the rhythm, the transitions and the vox/fx work. Very well done!

This is brilliant. Conceptually (InstaDance(tm)), it's so 'finger on the pulse', you know? I love the edgy, almost gutteral sounding bass/melody line, and how rhythmically it's pure Dance as it's totally compelling. The vocals and fx circles it and pulls it all right together. Faved and recommended.
Nice one. You've got a good sense of rhythm, and your melodies weave into it really well. Very danceable track. (Do you ever use the mbira or other traditional instruments in your recordings? I'll have to check out your other stuff.) Cheers.

It is indeed the "Happy Track." Funny how every now and then some of the best stuff comes from massive bursts of inspiration and really short recording times. Nice one.
Yes indeed, this is a groovy dance track. I really like how the percussion always seems to be right on the edge, and you use a lot of sonic edginess to emphasize this.
