UE. Happy New Year to you my friend. Ok so right away you came in moving just right. With the pace set wonderfully, the piano chord progression is totally on point. Then comes the sax in its perfect setting with that touch of phase. Next, the trumpet solo is speaking my language. I heard the organ whispering in the background. This is top shelf Smooth Jazz. Excellent Work, easily faved UE.

Thanks Mark. I'm glad you noticed the chords and the phasing on the sax. I do like to bury the B3 way back so it grabs your year but never too much of your attention.

Micky/Jynxz. I'm really loving the forward drive that gives an honest sense of motion. That change at 1:44 is really nice. Would that by any chance be Jynxz joining in on the vocals? Awesome drums and synths are flying. This is great music.

Hi Mark, Nice that you seem to be going through our catalog bit by bit. No, there isn't a word of Robbie on it... I doubt I could ever get him to sing anything. Maybe he would say something, but we've never had the question. I always assumed he wanted to avoid singing/speaking himself, as he's always used vocal samples on his own tracks. But who knows... maybe he would do it after all... I can ask him.

Hey man, Happy Holidays! Yea 2:49 must be my old rock'n'roll roots. Ha! I'm finding some new mixing tools on FL Studio that are helping the overall dynamics in the mix. Maximus is a new master plug-in I find useful for added punchiness. I remember the rack mount version of the 5080. I don't have the plugin, wish list. Just making do with Zenology. I wish I had know this track would actually get listened to.
I would have spent more time cleaning up that Synth Bass.
We have the Bass and Rhodes bug real badd. I think we may need a 12 step program. LOL...
