Michael, this is a heavy hitter! Everything is so well-placed and that bass is prominently walkin and talkin. You do music just right. Awesome production!
T576. I’m deeply saddened for your loss. Condolences from my family to yours. We’re keeping you and your family lifted in prayer. Hit my box so we can exchange info and keep in touch.
I have to start by saying I appreciate this check on me for spiritual reasons. I just listened to this track not more than 30 minutes ago. Somthing told me to check the email. Out of all the Loopers i communicate with here, Mark you are the one to reach out in my current state of mind.Since the last time we communicated I lost my youngest daughter to a rare form of cancer. Only 1 in a million people get it. The mental pain is indescribable. Only GOD and concerned people like your self can make me get back to the gift of music that i was givin by the FATHER. Thank you Mark pray for me.
MrAxel. You know this is a head nodder right! Wow what a production. Shoot over your email. I tried to answer you but your contact form is turned off. Talk to you soon.
CRU, this is a very well spent 8 minutes. Impressive. Man, that cinematic edge gives this such an interesting perspective. The mix is crystal clear all the way through, even to the cymbal crashes. The 2:09 and throughout that smooth drive with the percussive touches is what's up. The 3:36 ax business comes in at the right place. Then the vocals on that beat and the exit low's is over the top. CRU U DA MAN!
Aye, thanks, this was me after a month trying to find my music muscle again. I kind of like the subdued mix which gave some clarity on all the instruments. The Ax ...I really wanted to play around with some distortion FX to create something weird and wonderful (I hope) Thanks Again!
I haven't had a chance to check out what's going on on Looperman in weeks. I am very happy that you are listening to my old compositions and I am really honored. I'm trying to sound "jazzy" and yet I really have no idea about chord progressions, harmony and all that... I've always been a quitter on that one... shame on me! Now I "only" have my feeling, and thank goodness it seems to be a good navigator. Really, really...I'm very happy if you can relate to my simple "creations"...thank you!
UE that acoustic bass is walking. Horns are so sweet. Rhodes is potent. Drums are fully in the cut. Loving all the changes. Another wonderful composition my friend.
Hey Mark. How are you? This too feels sooo long ago. Some cool moments. Thanks for the listen man. Check out one I did at this time called Replacement Parts. For some reason I like the vibe of it. I must have been listening to some older Peter Gabriel. Thanks again . UE
