on Stellar by DougieDJ
Makes me think of the movie where the're underwater. Where the big alien ship brings them to the surface to save them at the end. Can't believe I can't think of the name of it. Real nice.

on PSR (LC Horseback Riding synth sample) by DonnieVyros
Very nice. There's a sound in there I hear that I think of as the hoof beats of the horse. I just figured out who you are since you changed your name and avatar Donnie. Been trying to figure that out.

Haha, I am a man of many wonders (bras, bread, Stevies, years, the list goes on). Maybe it's just me getting bored with my surroundings or perhaps it's another phase in my Arthropodic-like life cycle, shrugs. I just think Deck-hed has this ring to it.
As for the track, I was immediately hit with that old-skool vibe, dunno why. Thanks, L&R!

on even when it rains by rei4real
Love the guitar. Pure Hard Rock. Awsome. Got to Fav. Some loud lyrics and this would blow the crap they're playing on the radio away. Great lead. Chorus somehing like:
Don't tell me what you think about me.
I don't want to hear it from you.
You best get outa my way.
I'm coming through.
Some good old hard rock I'm living my own way lyrics.

LMBO. I've always said clowns are evil. The only thing more dangerous than clowns is Mimes. You have to be careful. They'll sneak up on you. At least you can hear the clowns coming from a mile away.
But seriously. Great song. I appreciate origionality and this is.

What's not to love about this. Great lyrics and music. Good vocals on this. This needs to be the new theme song for Earth Day. I'm greatful that mine isn't the only slightly warped mind on this site. I'm sure that Squirals in heaven now. Love ya Johnny, and God bless,

Put together well. Greaat job on the piano. Good change up with the synth too. Keeps changing so it doesn't become monotimous, which is easily done with instrumental pieces. I enjoyed it.

Thanks again for the kind review. I'm working on a number of material right now... the thing is I'm quite... shall we say a very harsh critic of my own works...

Just remember: Patience is a virtue hehehe ;)

Definately a silent movie sound to it. I see why you said it killed your fingers. I look forward to hearing what you put out when you have a mini home studio. Another excellent piece.

on The End (Acoustic Version) by AcidParadox
Real nice. I'm agreeing with eshar more of a fighting the battle and over coming. If it was in a movie it'd be the part where he's training. That fake ending in the middle had a feel of the music from the incredable Hulk TV series with Bill Bixby.

excellent song. at the start I'm listening, liking it then thinking something else should come in now. And right when I thought it should come in it did. Then in just a little the lead guitar came in perfect too. Great smooth lead. Everything blends perfectly. Great song. I enjoyed it. Going to fav.

on On A Clear Night (Demo - VERY LOW QUALITY) by Scriptique
Some of us just play around. But a few have real talent. That is absolutely beautiful. It reminds me of a story I heard. A mother took her 5 year old son to a piano recital. Just before the pianist was to come out the mother looked around and couldn't find her son. Looking frantically she glanced at the stage and saw her son at the piano playing Twinkle twinkle little star. The pianist walked out. Instead of having the child removed he sat down and started playing with him. It was the most spectacular song of the evening. When we give our best the Lord joins with us and makes a beutiful peice. This song reminded me of that story and how it kept me from giving up playng music. Thank you for a beutiful piece.
