on Accross The Sands Collab with Ken Moran by Devodale
I know a Berry Morgan, but not a Ken Moran. LOL. Makes me think of whales in the ocean. Interesting track. Everything you do is at a professional level.

on Bass So Strong (Jiggle) by Fresco
Cute. Made me smile and laugh. That really is a catchy hook. It could actually go somewhere. I'm fat and it didn't bother me. I think it's hysterical. I guess a fat girl might get upset about it. But so what. Most of the big girls I know are proud of it. My wifes eldest son doesn't go after anything but big girls. Guess some folks like that jiggle.

on Demonic Break Boy by ChrisGoodwin
Very well done intro to this. I'm not judging the adult content. I just choose that I don't listen to it. The parts I listened to were good. You have talent. The vocals seemed like they were peaking a little. Might have recorded a little to hot.

Thanks. Yeah, I don't swear too much in my lyrics. Normally I use it as a filler if I am really stuck on that line, so when I do use language, it kinda catches me off guard at times as well.

on Mouko- Made In Mexico (DVs screwdriver rmx) by DonnieVyros
Very cool start to this. Has a resident evil soundtrack type of sound to it. Wild vocal FX. I don't really care for rap and almost didn't listen to this. I'm glad I did. Very neat. But also very amusing.

Thanks, vocally I try to be a jester (like you do sometimes too). And even when I'm being semi-serious I try to joke about something (like how I didn't know what held the Snake on the flag- kinda serving as the Yuppie's guide to their culture). As for Rap, I feel you. There's some I like, some I don't, but yer always in good hands with me because I'm an insane outsider there. L&R!

Very cool. A fast and wild ride is what it feels like to me. Love the one sound that I think is bass.

those with more experiance have spoken. I don't know about this type of music. Does seem minimal and repetitive. Seems like a great fondation to build on though.

Very cool beat. I like this a lot. I can't explain why. I just think it sounds real cool. snappy with a up beat. Very simple and uncomplicated but can listen to it forever. Great just the way it is.

on Country-Cajun Mix by Randall822
Love it. A great combination of sounds all together. How can anyone not love cajun music? And sweet country slide. I'm an old hippy rocker but for some reason I've always loved this type of music. Never played it but love to listen to it. Great job.

Hi Blair,
Ahhh, great that you got to hear this tune. I was thinking of sending you a private E-mail as I knew you would like something like this...with harmonica and all.
I tried to get a cluck-cluck-cluck chicken sound using it in a couple places. :-)))

Cajun is one of my favortie types of music, but as I mentioned in another note here, it isn't around here where I live.

If by chance your interested in hearing some more, here is that fellows (Chris Miller) web site. http://www.bayouroots.com
Has some short samples to listen to. His CD is available really cheap too as he mentions on the web site. Available from C'D Baby' and others.

Let me be clear tho, I am not trying to push sales for him at all! We just had an agreement to use part of his tune into mine.

Thanks alot for your review, I appreciate it.

i hurt my neck. my head just started banging immediately. This rocks hard. Love it.
Randall822
Randall822 replied Unknown
Hi there Blair,
Ha Ha....geez, I hope your neck is okay now!
I got really excited myself when it all started coming together, and wondering if anyone will like it or not.

Sometimes when making a tune the regular way or from sample/loops, you get tired of it and have to put it aside. That is what I did with this one...working back and forth between the county/cajun one.. coming maybe tomorrow?

Still music is so much fun as there is no one telling you to work faster or be fired, or whatever! Your your own boss.
Thanks again Blair,
Randy

Hi Blair,
Thanks kindly for the review. I appreciate it very much. Just wanted to also let you know, later this week, I will be uploading a country/cajun tune that you might like. Quite a bit different instruments in it. Mostly in 'G' tuning...Has some harmonica in it too that I put together from loops.

Always wished I could play electric guitar. Can't even plays chords on one and make it sound right. Hard to believe there's such a difference between electric and acoustic.
Another great job on the guitar.

B,
Thanks again for your kindness. The Shauna track means more to me than most. It was accomplished at a moment in my life when the guitar strings were directly attached to my heart strings. Thanks for the encouragement. It means a lot to me. Voltage
