Wow, those pads are so lovely!! There are some subtle sounds in there that really add a nice flavour to the whole mix and I thoroughly appreciated that as an audiophile :)

I seriously enjoyed this one, EL. That flute and harp (?) accompaniment really complimented each other well and was definitely a good call in my opinion. You're getting better and better man. You're getting closer and closer to a quality that competes with the stuff out on the radio today.

To be honest, centralsdev you commented on multiple tracks with the same comment "use a kick reducer and eq tree." Try varying up your critiques so that people will take you seriously.

No, he should stop commenting altogether or be stopped.

I have just started up a forum thread requesting a block user feature so that I don't have to deal with mentally ill individuals who completely ignore polite requests to stop commenting on tracks.

Responding intelligently to such people does no good so 'block user' is the only option left.

I'm somewhat shocked that some people on this site do actually take that guy seriously.

great composition dude. I dig it. Though I agree with crucethus, the strings do sound very MIDI-ish, maybe use more strings to conceal it? I'm not sure but its not really a big deal. The composition is lovely.

Hey EpicRecord Thanks for stopping in. I appreciate your feedback.
The track utilizes four different strings. The first two (in beginning) are a viola layered with a synth string, so thats why it may sound a little fake. I liked the sound of it so I kept it. Then theres the low spiccato strings and then the high strings in the chorus. Directly after the first chorus that synth string is solo'd for a short while before the viola comes back in. I think thats the one you and cru are referring to but Im not too sure. Maybe my ears got used to it. Anyhow...

I don't know if you use a limiter or not, but it sounds like the track is clipping harshly and giving that distinctive unpleasant sound to the ear that Zerg mentioned below.

Wow, this totally throws me back to my iPad days, before I got a DAW. Used GB almost everyday, until I maxed out its capabilities. It's still very useful if you want to get a good trap bass without having to buy external hardware imo

BRO. That intro is so HUGE. Like DANG thats epic. Feels like something is about to go down that decides the fate of the Earth. I would have liked a bigger/longer buildup to the point when the drums come in but it's really groovy and still carries well so I have no complaints. Good stuff. The synth around the 1:10 mark sounds cheap but thats okay. I read your description so I don't hold it against you :P But I like the wubby-ness you got going on later in the song. Honestly, I like it a lot. Throw some subtle, medium-long reverb on those later synths and it might help your track mesh a little more and sound even bigger.

Wow, it sounds great. I like the speed of the drums, keeps the track very interesting throughout. One thing I'd might toy with if it were my track would be adding a slightly heavier snare later in the mix to kinda build up the energy. Besides that, no complaints!
