Hey Joe, I absolutely love this track! Great Job! I have to agree with Silverman on making the Kraftwerk connection. You hit the nail on the head with the description of the track. It is relaxing and tinged with a Little darkness; love your "German Spoken Word" throughout the song along with the atmospheric elements that really gives the track a sense calm and mystery. I too sing in a similar fashion sometimes depending on the nature of the song, hence "Strange Days" & "BlueTooth Killer On The Lose".
Once again, outstanding job Joe I really enjoyed this track
thanks for your friendly words. I really enjoyed your comment and i am happy that you like what i have done.
I listen to your songs and i can say that i also enjoyed the listen to them. Special the Strange Days one is great stuff.
Hey SG87 great job! Very creative and a nice use of the loops.
I see how you build the track around the vocalist track. Not sure what ReonN was referring to about the "vox" disturbing him? I thought you executed what you wanted to do flawlessly.
I also liked how you ended the track, the same as you opened it.
Wow I am impressed, this track was recorded ten years ago? You
must have remixed / remastered the track because it sounds very "clean" and "recent". Very nice guitar work on this tune;
you're a fine guitarist. I got more of a "Gary Glitter" with a harder edge feel from this track. Love the constant panning of the guitar throughout the song. And I like the change at about 2:09, as well as the havoc being reeked at the end of the track. Very originally and still can't believe how great the track sounds having being recorded ten
ago; great job...
Just had a check as I have a load of old CD's out at the moment being moved and it's 2002. Mostly making guitar loops using a now defunct programme made by DATA BECKER. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Data_Becker
Thanks for stopping by. It was a lot harder to do this stuff back then but just as absorbing.
Thanks to everyone else too I can't reply to everyone now and to be honest I doubt many would see it if I did.
"Great Production, Great Subject Matter = Great Track!" Hey Zac, great job man. I enjoyed this song from start to finish, I hear the R&B flavor there but also "Pop". Very nice vocals and arrangment; and because of your accent (which I'm unsure of) it gives the tune it's own distinct sound. A clean professional sound and overall great feel, very well done.
I'm sure you much like myself must find it very frustrating when other artist listen to your track and do not leave a comment. To me I take that as a personal sign of "disrespect" to the artist who took the time to create the work. Even if you do not like the work, you can still post a comment and give constructive criticism. I have always made it a point to post a comment after listening to a artists work because it's just the right thing to do.
Hey Fila, Great to hear you back in the fold man. I think you and I are becoming the OG's on this site since we've been here so long. LOL, "I was Just Thinking" how chill this track is. The drum track has that kinda "Bruce Hornsby That's Just The Way it Is" feel to it. Very nice acoustic piano into and ending. And one of your synth solo's choices sounds like a classic mini moog, which I really dig. And of course last but not least, that groovin bass line...Niiiccce!
Again another great track by the master, good to have you back. Say man I was looking at your album selection choices;
why you trying to copy me man?? LOL! Hey Fila have I got a Meters Anthology you'd die for! I also got a pretty decent Temptations and Smokey Robinson and the Miracles Anthology as well. Ah yes... the days of real good music.
Hey man yep Im back trying to get in the groove again. Thanks for stopping by and taking a listen. Bruce Hornsby going to check him out as soon as I finish typing this Nice Flashback there. Yes I did finish the last riff with that mini moog sound to finish up the solo's smoothly. You right the days of real music. Got a couple in the can so stay tuned I will be releasing some more real good music LOL.
Blues?? That certainly is the wrong classification for this track. I'm hearing more like R&B, and your vocal style on this tune kinda reminds me of a Keith Sweat-ish sort of feel.
Interesting track musically,
Man thanx, for the comment it is very much welcomed...
I don't really write to specific classifications, except for when writing Country music, other than that whatever comes out comes out...I let others define it!
Carbon Textures Indeed! First let me say congrats on a amazing track; I absolutely love songs like this! I think you pegged it correctly by saying it's a ambient / house combination. I really like that sparse-delay on just about everything- feel.
the low synth bass and house kick drum works really well on this track. I also dig the odd-timed snare that kicks in periodically throughout the song. I also like the fact that this is you playing and arranging on this effort.
I really enjoyed this track and thanks for posting it.
Yes, it is very special and quite original music as I really like incorporating ambient spacious kind of elements. I recorded almost everything simply playing on the keyboard but it was challenging to find a good balance and mix everything properly (from start to finish took me 5 hrs in one session - I usually do not work that long).
I also make music using only loops sometimes (it sounds closer to so called mainstream then, I guess) but my current looperman music is mostly about experimantation - also I do a lot of online collaborations.
What made me interested in checking out this track is I had not heard of the term Trap before. After listening I see that it's another form of Hip Hop / Rap. But I dug it though, the flow is tight on the track and I enjoyed the overall feel.
Wow! Now that's what I'm talking about! straight ahead kick ass rock & roll! Clean sounding track and I like the punkish inspired guitar riffs. My only disappointment with the song was of course the lyrics. Not so much with the main hook, but the rest of the lyrics. I just think with a song this good musically, that the lyrics should be as equally so. But then that's only my opinion. Other than that, it's a great track.
A Chillout / Hip Hop Mix? Nice, I'm feeling it. Y'allz flow on this track was... up to par lol! Great job, like the concept and feel of the track and enjoyed it overall.
Hey there, this is a killer track! I like the buildup and the semi-sinister sounding lead synth that runs through the tune. I also like the mixture of effects used: I think you Incorporated it twice within the tune. And the mix is very clean and solid, great job.
Thanks! I've actually had the lead stored for a while now and I couldn't figure out the place to use it, then I tried it out on ItB and it worked fine!
Wow! This track absolutely made my day. :)
It is a fun track indeed, loved that opening
And since I'm a sucker for melody you provided that with the sax riff which really
works well in this tune. This is not what I was expecting when I think of house. And I of couse mean that in the highest praise.
Just a wonderful track and a joy to listen to.
Ah thx Dennel!!! yeh its a tie up of use within house/techhouse and techno construct to bring the combination :) glad you liked and keep posted for the extended more complex version im planning to do :)
Wow! What a beautiful way to pay tribute to a fellow musician,
So sorry for your loss and it appears that he was not only a great musician, nut also a wonderful friend. In terms of the track, I loved everything about it since I am a big lover of jazz. It has sort of an avant-garde feel to it, which is great. And all the musicians contributions on this collaboration are really top notce.
Thanks so much, Dennel. Really glad you like it and took time to comment.
I'm glad you noticed the avant-garde feel. I almost put this in the description, but wasn't too sure if many of the community would know what it was. The 'fusion' genre is many times incorrectly chosen for tracks here, so jazz descriptions are not well know.
Hey Fila what's up brotha? I know it's been a looong time lol!
Man you completely knocked it out the park with this track. Your synth solo was on fire! You had the funk moving and groovin on this track. And I like how you added the percussion
in there for added flavor, DANGER - Voltage indeed!
Great job, holla at ya boy!
Hey man what up!! Yea its been a long time. Have not been here for a while myself but going to get back more often now! Glad you enjoyed that one. Found a bunch of synth loops and used acoustic piano to flavor this one.. Just finished by first tune in a while will be releasing in the next few days. You can also check me out on my web page

Wow! Great track, it sounds better than a lot of so -called pop being played on the radio today. Your vocal style fits the song well and I like the mix. I give it an A plus!
Hey, thanks so much! Been trying to get back to making pop music because I think it can be better than what's out there right now, so really appreciate that!
Slap, it has truly been awhile my friend. Judging by when this track was posted, I guess you don't come on the site much anymore. As always, great track! I remember one of our conversations was about our love for Ska Bands. As a lad in high school I was influenced by so many musical styles, which
made me want to become a musician. But I'll always have a special place in my heart for Ska. Wow.. those were the days.
Spivkurl, it's been a long time my friend, how are you? Amazing track I can truly appreciate the time and effort spent as a musician putting this track together. From the Zappa-ish vocals to what reminds me of early Kraftwerk musically.
I enjoyed it, fun track.
Hey buddy, thank you for taking the time to listen to this song! Much appreciated! It is taking me a lot more time and effort to create songs lately, you are right. My process is becoming a lot more involved, and I think that the songs are more musically complex as a result. Now I need to work on doing vocal takes without a blood alcohol level! I really should try to listen to more zappa, as it's something I've never been to deep into. I have begun taking Kraftwerk comparisons as a compliment, since they are well liked it seems... I've only recently been getting acquainted with their deeper tracks. Thanks for the kind words! Have a good day!
Interesting, yeah...sounds like somebody is about to be smoked for sure. The constant female laughing is a little disconcerting, however part of the plot I'm sure.
Thank you for your feedbacks! And yes, the female laughing was a last minute additional I think fits perfectly. Someone who is "mad" versus someone who is a little too "happy." I find the irony of this combination a stroke of genius (not to toot my own horn). The whole mixtape's story is pretty much freestyled highhh off of that good stuff. I wasnt concerned with the technical and logical end. I was more interested in the emotions :)
WOW! This is an amazing track! All the elements come together quite nicely. I like where the first transition kicks in around 2:10 and it just keeps getting better. I usually don't like tracks that go over five or six minutes,
because in some cases the artist has nothing to say.
However this was over seven minutes of pure enjoyment; very well done and it's a track I could listen often.
Thanks for posting this.
Thanks D

Very Nice, really liked the repetitive electronica hook of the song. Nice uptempo drum track along with the secondary main key riff that kicks in around 2:11 rounds the track off nicely. Great job...
