on Winde wehn Schiffe gehn - Farewell my Love by Seelengold
Hallo Seelengold

Recht vielen Dank fuer Deinen Hinweis!

on make the champagne pop by dimestop
Yo hi again man :)

I realy could enjoy your work.
I could now do tons of lines about what i found realy great and uplifting and what was where right on spot in the track. How great the vocals are and and and. But i think a lot have done that already before me, so i don't wanna repeat it all again :)
But just because it's such a good song, i take the liberty to say what I feel could be improved (and that really doesn't mean anything)
As a singer, I know the problems with singing all too well.

You know all the words and therefore always recognize them. No matter whether they sound loud, quiet, clean, overdriven or otherwise. This is probably the same for most singers who produce. This is usually a bit counterproductive because you don't hear or perceive "reality" at all.

The singing is too loud and mixed a bit too "differently" and forces you to turn the volume down quite a bit so that you can understand the lyrics well. This is feasible, but prevents you from being able to hear the music well. But since we all always want to have everything :) we are always missing one of the two. Give yourself a jerk and try a new mix. (I know that is totally corrosive and extremely nerft). But it would take this song to a much higher level.

Turn the vocals down, some parts a little less bright, others a little less effekts and everything is perfect. Not much but just a bit of ..... tweaking :) ( i am also really bad in it when it comes to my own singing)

Don't take all of this as criticism. I just think that this song is so good that you should invest some more time to make good perfect.

stay tuned

hey Joe thanks for the comment, i have been messing with the volume levels over the last 24 hrs and i was doing a little more tweaking altered the limiting this time though. it was one of them quickies 4hrs start to finish, that included writing the track too, done a little tightening since its been up, but im happy now.
and please don't ever stop being constructive, your like the rest of us and only want the best for each other. constructive critique is a tool to be used wisely it should be built into your daw, a pop up window thats says STOP FUCKING ABOUT MATE :)) thanks for your props about the track too, really appreciate that

Hey ho Cru
long time not seen.
It was time for me to hear a wonderful "cru" song again. Come on, let's mix together whatever works and then we'll top it off with things that belong, wherever, but weren't to be expected here. You know that I like something like that anyway. So you have once again created something that I personally really like. In addition, it is bursting with life and I like that a lot, although I personally don't feel like that at all, right now. But what do i cry around in the virtual space, about my own feelings to life, the track is great. Cheers to music, cheers to life, cheers to people. If you have time, you should turn this song up loud and let it rip so that you can feel something of life and its driving force.

Did I already say that I think the track is really great?
As always, everything done right (at least for me

I wish you all the best Cru and

Hi there,
I read vox and thought there were lyrics :)
Well, they didn't really exist, but that didn't matter.
Beautiful music to trip and dream but also to dance with your eyes closed. Not too wild, not too aggressive, not too banged up. A really nice mix. I like.
You both did a fine job!

on German Melancholy by Seelengold
Hallo Seelengold,

Was erlauben Struuunz, aehh, was erlauben Joe?

Schn.”

Dein Kompliment beruehrt mich richtig.

Hello secondnature1.
I almost never write a comment about a song or a track if I don't like it. Now you might think that I would make an exception here, but I'm not the type of person who often deviates from his line. :)
That's why I can't do anything else and solemnly declare that I'm thrilled!
Vocals that are free, clear, strong and above all good, oh what am I saying good, no, that are sung very well.
In addition, the music conveys a really catchy fine melody. It's underlaid with a well danceable beat and it's also well mixed. What's the bad thing to write about? I can't find anything there. Except maybe that you didn't dare to name it like it should be. :) Of course it's somehow electronic music, but in reality it's of course electronic, danceable, pop music. But that's just silly, stupid, whining on an extremely high level and without any deeper meaning.

Everything is right here and I really like it!
Respect! and much appreciation to all involved.

Thank you so much Joecramer for the enthusiastic support! You may be right perhaps i will take more consideration with how i label my tracks by genre. I was influenced by Flume here who is labeled as Experimental electronica to i thought it might be befitting in this case but I guess my style is much poppier than him.
Thanks again!

on Expectations feat Pane by Micky
Hello Mickey

You really did a great job there.
At first I thought, well, that sounds pretty nice, but somehow "simple". But after a short moment I was fully into it.

The soundscape is really successful and it fits perfectly to the vocals. You did a really good mix with the vocals. They sound good and the effects are right and fit.

Everything sounds fresh and funky and a bit spacy.
Definitely a track to dance to.

Since I'm not feeling very well and I'm a bit shaky, I couldn't pull myself out of my chair and dance around. But I rocked and jumped really hard on my chair.

I liked it all very much - great song

on Kansas City by theHumps
Hello Wayne
That's a fresh song.
Something funny. Something dynamic. Something raw or rather wild.
Something crazy. ..... So many something.
Is it too many? NO, certainly not.

It's like cooking, there could/should be some spices in it.

For all those who thought that they would get something here that was almost tasteless and for those who hoped to get boring monotony here, this POP song is probably not for them.

But I liked it and I would like to have another plate full.

Tried to keep the song wide open for the lyrics, was commented on my previous song to leave more room for the vocals so I went overboard leaving the mix open for the vox, he.

It turned out good, fun. Got a decent response to the humor in it while trying to keep it sounding serious at the same time.

Thanks Joe! Haven't seen you around much, be well man!

Hi Verseza

Consistently wild.
Just give it your all :)
Sounds a bit like kicking the ass and laughing at it.
Sounds a bit evil and merciless.
Go to the limits and treat yourself to nothing.
Class!
And it sounds good too.
It's not for most.
But for the others it is perfectly suitable

Hello Mykael
I think your standards are much higher than most people here.
Most of the time it's all about "the song". Likes this? Does it sound reasonable? Is there something fundamentally wrong that can be changed quickly? Something like that anyway.
And if you listen to this song here under these aspects, then it's a 100% number. Everything top and nothing to complain about. Even the singing you described as raw
it's great.

If that were my song, then I would be super happy.
So, everything done right. And if that can still be expanded for you, then I'm curious about the end result.

Hello Zapps

It's really amazing here.
Everything sounds clean and is well mixed.
It has a simple but catchy beat.
In fact, there is nothing to seriously sneer at or complain about.
And if you judge it objectively, it's a solid track that has been properly processed and goes in the direction of the mainstream.
And doing everything right.
This is so amazing because (at the time of this comment) 6 people have downloaded this track but no one has written a comment.
Really amazing and unbelievable sad....

I think Manuela is not right but i wish she would. First i believed you may not give any comments by yourself. But you do and that's a nice thing. Also you answer the most comments you got and that's also a nice move. You make at least in this case calmfull music that sounds good and is nice mixed. That make it look like there are only two possibility's for your "problem"
1. you do something wrong. If that's the case then you need to make your stuff free to download. Thats the only thing you can change.
2. Bad community - They just don't give comments cause they are to cool or good or both to give a helping hand to no names and beginners. So you cant change it

Really rocking stuff with a nice relaxing part.
Everything is, as always, well produced and sounds over all very good.
But, :) and thats really only me and my feelings to sounds, i had made the guitars sound more like a real guitar or more like a hard synth sound, cause so it sounds to me like a synth that should sound like a guitar :) if you know what i mean.

Thanks, Joe.

I know you are a purist when it comes to sound and authenticity. So please bear with my experimenting trying to drag rock into the future. I purposely am trying to blend the guitar-synth sound textures using VST´s to create something new. This is a strange hybrid of Blast beat drumming, Ambient pads, U2 edge like guitars over thrash chugs with a moving bass, and strange synth burps. None of that should work together in theory, but magically it does.
But that's the fun of experimentation, you never know what you will get until you try.
take care.
