Famous zombie lads at work again...great collab Joe...such a nice creepy scene...Might be true what Silverman wonders
that the Devil has the best music !:) Faved !:)
Thanks for your comment and the fav Orlando.
No zombies around here this time but the death had done his work .... i wonder why all believe that the devil is in the house :) ... ok it's a bit gloomy and dark and creepy but ....
Nice to know that you like what we have done
I am sure Burt will also be happy about your words
yea - it was an interesting exeperiment. in the end it still is the robot insects I'm afraid! LOL! but I managed to develop things a bit more. thanks for commenting Orlando.
Another great song...very musical and poetic at the same time. Good intro with dark and massive piano sets the mood very nicely. Vocals and interpretation are a very bright point as well, while the arrangements overall sit within the concept very nicely. Maybe I would rethink a few things
in mixing/production department (but just maybe), particularly the volume levels of actual instruments, but this minor doubt doesn't detract me from fully enjoying this wonderful and emotional tune ! Faved !:)
What a brilliant little miracle...I'm absolutely impressed
by this one ! I know very well the nasty feeling when the
creativity tends to slip away, but that's nothing compared to a feeling when it comes back..:) And here it shines !!
Huge favourite !!
Thank you for your kind words Orlando. Now that I've got back into a creative flow, I feel much better. Working on this track has also given me some nifty little production tricks for future songs. So I'm pretty happy with the result.
Sounds very experimental...I would also join "the mosquito club", but who really knows the secret world of butterflies? Very interesting work...thanks for sharing!:)
I'm surprised because I eliminated that mosquito sound from the version you heard. Well - the little devil is back so your club membership is not wasted. Thanks for checking this out. Regards. Dan
Exactly as you say Joe...unusual but very special1 Great extra listen for this evening and now I'm also curious which DAW includes this accordion, if I may ask...?
Nice and unconventional work, my friend !:)
Nice that you think that it is a great extra listen :)
You can find it in the new Magix Music Maker 2016
There is a free trail version out, so you can check it out by yourself. It has also a synth that called Vita2 and makes excellent guitar sounds.
Always nice to know that there are people around here who also like unusual music.
Music will help you to get out of this situation as a winner...bad times will be soon behind you and the future will look brighter ! We are with you!:)
I'm just downloading your new album Spiv..."You Are Never Alone" forecasts that this will be very exciting listen and that it was well worth to wait for your new release ! Excellent!:)
Thank you so much for listening and for going out of your way to download the album! It means a lot when someone else can appreciate something which I do primarily out of personal necessity. I often write songs to remind myself of important things, an if it can reach someone else, then all the better! Thanks so much!
It was hard to record a bassline, the comping rhythm and filling harmonies as well as the melody on the top in such a short time in one take using 2 hands only. I like the ease emanating and the final result too. Music is a hard work for me basically.
Good ol' Silverman on a dance floor...good to see you again
mate..:) Your long absence didn't stay unnoticed..we've been missing you alot...great you're coming back with new stuff...whatever the genre, I think you did an excellent job ! I really hope and wish that everything's going for the better as you say....welcome home!:)
My eyes flashed when I saw the title...I knew it will be special and it was, even beyond...The entire track is like
floating in some heavenly space and ofcourse our friend Ed provides the icing on the cake with his magical guitar!
Fantastic collab...a precious rarity in these times !
Wow, Pat...what a nice and relaxing piece of music we have here. The collaboration of two extremely talented musicians is guarantee for a top treat. Cool jazzy mood delivers it's share to the feel of serenity. Great instrumental parts in here...piano, Ed's guitars, flute...all brilliant. Btw...do you play real flute? I would say so...:)
I'm faving and downloading this cause it's great!:)
Thanks for the kind words. As far as playing the flute , the source is my Yamaha keyboard flute patch. I did blend a Kore patch for depth. I'll be checking your side for more songs. Peace Pat
Very enjoyable track...well put together with clean and solid production! I think it's more on the chillout side than ambient, but then again categorisation isn't so terribly important afteral!:)
Yes...so reminiscent of Valvedriver, with all the best elements we've known for a long time...Great track, Aaron...it kept me focused all the way through! Faved!:)
Thank you for the kind words. It's good to know it kept you focused. That's actually something I worry about with my tracks. That they get boring or too repetitive. So, usefull feedback from you, sir!
