The bass progression on this especially, though simple, feels to me to be quite elating. I enjoyed my listen. Thanks for sharing.

on gorgeous by BONEZONMARZ
Dreamy with enough of a gentle rhythm to just nudge it along. The keys are nice and airy so they feel ethereal in places as well, and overall the track helps time to just float on by without being noticed much, tbh. People might usually say 'I want my time back!' after listening to some stuff, but this track actually made me feel at peace at spending some time listening to it to the point that I may just lose some more time to this chilled out affair.

Thanks for sharing!

on Squid - Pnnywze and Cyberflares by TheMonzderSquadd
Nice track! To my ears at least, it has that kind of vibe which you might experience when walking through a heavy downpour after just being sacked from a dead end job and learning that your bride to be has been having an affair with your boss... frustration, resentment, anger...all of the above. It would perhaps make for a decent soundtrack piece to some heavy hitting television drama. In any case - nice work :)

on Brass Knuckle Kingdom by ValveDriver
Nice track. To my ear it has the sort of sound that might feature on a film soundtrack such as 28 Days Later or a video game such as Cyberpunk 2077. Quite an industrial sound. I enjoyed my listen. Thanks for sharing :)

Aboe, thanks for stopping by. I've never played Cyberpunk, but my kids keep telling me I should. Maybe I'll have to finally check it out.
Thanks again. I appreciate it.
Take care.

on Looperman Song by DanMed
Well, I hope you don't mind me saying, but the lyrics are as cheesy as hell!!!
Even so I love it! The tune itself is top notch and very catchy, very smooth, funky and lively. You've done a great job on this one. I hearted it within seconds because it's just so groovy. Thanks for sharing and also for producing something that reflects the Looperman experience!

BTW, did you use an AI for the vocals? I have AceStudio (an AI voice producer) but I'm not sure I could get it to sound as good as what you've managed to produce here. Kudos!
DanMed
DanMed replied 11th Sep 2025 - 3 months ago
Yeah, lyrics are little cheesy LOL, glad u liked song.
Actually it is my vocal beneath but it's heavily tuned in few programs,
most notably of them are Antares and Pulsar i would say.
But i'm researching AI too, tried few programs, but i'm not satisfied with quality still. I believe it will soon be there, but not yet.
Cheers!

on Clandestine Journey by AnthonyAttard
Thanks for sharing this great piece, Anthony. I find it to be quite thought provoking and personally poignant in places. Well written :)

AnthonyAttard replied 6th Sep 2025 - 3 months ago
Hello
They are of course personal thoughts of a certain period of my life, so yes they may be provoking and poignant, even aphoristic, but by now I see things less critically for not being the judge. It is not that the world and people changed, it is rather I' ve changed. We don't have to be caustic for being understood, at least by those who we want to come in touch.
In cases silence may give better results.
Best regards, Anthony

Nice track Cyberflares. For me, it has a beautiful mysterious, somewhat ethereal quality to it. Something you probably don't hear too often in the genre. Nice work

on I understand by BaoBou
Your voice, firstly, is unique, at least to my ear. You have a very distinct sound. Somehow I can imagine it being instantly recognisable, on any track, tbh.

Secondly, those lyrics feel poignant. Well written, well performed, very emotive... Somewhat coincedentally, your lyrics seem to chime in some ways with those I wrote for Yesterday (thanks, btw, for the offer of performing!).

Thirdly, I like how your track develops over time, gaining motion and energy as it progresses towards its crescendo.

I found the track to be moving and very memorable. Thanks for sharing!

on A Good Thing by Micky
Those vocals are gorgeously layered. The track has a lush sound to it - very easy on the ear, but at the same time, engaging and intriguing.
The lyrics seem personally pertinent as well... a sign of a very relatable track.

Nice!

Hello aboemusic, thank you for listening and for the encouraging words. I looked it up and noticed you're from London. I'm sure you've heard of some of my idols, REEL PEOPLE, HUMAN MOVEMENT, URBAN SOUND LAB, TERRANCE DOWNS, etc. Well, they're unattainable, but for me, they're a great source of inspiration for good contemporary R&B music. Not everyone's cup of tea, but definitely mine.

Greetings to London... I've been there a few times and loved it.

Cheers,
Micky

on Agony by MW2185
Love it. Got a big club sound.
I do think the lyrics, though simple and catchy (which is great, btw), get a little lost in the mix in places. Thankfully, they repeat and are simple enough to follow, so you don't feel like you're getting lost as a listener. Overall, though, great sounding track. Loads of reverb on the synths makes it sound huge and I like the arrangement too. The pockets of space lend themselves to a decent dynamic where you're not feeling overwhelmed.
Thanks for sharing :)

on The end of the sad days by Danke
Really nice tune. Chilled, and also a little reminiscent of a track whose name escapes me, but it's a classic rock track. Your lead is very similar... it's got that nostalgic feel to it. Feel like I've been transported back to the 90's or thereabouts.

We thanx a lot really ... I played that bass synth in this track and was a concept to be similar in the melody solos ...

on What is real by DanMed
Nice track Dan. Very good. Well mixed/mastered too. Personally love that bass in the first half of the track from about 40secs in ...very 'filthy' sounding, it's got a great rasp to it. Also liked how you sidechained the vocal trail as well... nice effect :)

Great track!

on Be My Sunshine Instrumental by BeatMaker4real
Definitely got that oldskool feel with the strings and horns. Sounds great. Love the other orchestral elements you've added to this throughout as well. And, as others have said, it's easy to imagine a top artist performing on this as is. It feels to me quite timeless - and it shows in that it was originally uploaded some time ago. Great work :)

Nice vocal, for sure. And I also like that bubbling SFX. It reminds me a little of the SFX in 'Hard to Love' by Joey Martinez from way back when. Nice!

on Summer Vibes by DanMed
This is, imo, a top quality club track. It would find its place at home amongst the revellers at all the good summer parties this year. Very upbeat, great composition, mixed to a high quality - well balanced throughout - and that vocal sits nicely in there. She has a lovely summery voice actually - I hope to find vocalists of a similar quality for some of my tracks...what's your secret? lol

Anyway, very nice work Dan. Perhaps you should put a video to it and put it out there. I'm sure it will be well received by many.
DanMed
DanMed replied 9th Jul 2025 - 5 months ago
Thank you very much. Actually i am working on video right now lol.
I bought vocal on Voxalized. I had big problem with vocals. I found few vocalists with their acapellas here on looperman that i liked and tried to reach em but i got no response and some of em didn't wanted to collaborate or sell rights. So its much easier for me just to order acapellas for my songs or buy finished acapellas and put my arrangement around it. Cheers!

on So High Lets Fly by AnthonyAttard
Really liked this! So chill and nostalgic feeling, as others have said. Very dreamy and evocative, methinks. The bass in particular, I feel, is robust, but not so much so that it overwhelms. It adds an oldskool feel to the track as well, imo. Loving the pad sounds, as always (they are some of my fave sounds in music, in general, so it's always nice to hear some lush pads!)
Thanks for sharing :)

Thank you for listening and commenting on my track.
I am very content if it felt nostalgic to you, actually I want this for all my songs. It is something I carry. The pad sounds are based on the layering I try. It is always a time spent, to find the sounds that fit a song, but it is essential to the final result.
Best regards, Anthony

Quality track. You are very talented. Many different elements to this, all of which you have knit together nicely. I think it would find a good home in the end credits of a movie, to make a lasting impression on the viewer. Nice work! :)

on Dubjoka Feel Love by dubjoka
Enjoyed listening to this a lot. Very chill and laid back with that lush liquid vibe to it. It's got echoes of the oldskool to it, imo. Perhaps a touch too much distortion on the keys though, if you don't mind me saying. Just getting some artefacts through on some of the higher frequencies. The vocal was top notch though. Nice and clear, sitting on top of the mix really proudly. Nice work so far dubjoka :)

on Left It There feat Che Paxin by fanisatt
Really nice track fanisatt. Especially enjoyed the chords you used.
Did you record the drums live btw?
Che Paxin has a quite unique voice and what you've done is create a track which showcases his talents. It would have been easy to drown out his voice with overly produced music, but instead you hear pretty much every syllable because his voice stands out, loud and proud above the mix. Nice work :)
fanisatt
fanisatt replied 2nd Jul 2025 - 5 months ago
Thank you very much for listening and your so kind comment !!! The drums was created at the midi level (and was attributed to a vst tool) . I always use such midi libraries but....I intervene every time with great care to get exactly what I really want , also because the drummer doesn't have 3 hands....hahaha Cheersssssssss !!

on ABOE Music - Red-Shift RMX By DanMed by DanMed
I really like what you've done Dan. It's got that mellow Euro-Trance feel to it: upbeat but not in-your-face either. A good balance between a club track and something you could chill or study to, perhaps. Loving the timbre of the bassline especially, and I really do like the rain effect you've added in places, also.

Thanks for remixing the original - muchly appreciated :)
