Wow man! This is the best I've heard from you! You executed such smooth transitions, and demonstrated incredible control. Great use of vocals and sfx and each patterns. You've improved incredibly!

What's good man? I really am feeling this track. Pretty relaxed but heavy instrumental with some rapid flow vocals. On my end, everything is balanced in terms of sound with the vocals and instrumentals. The only thing I'd point out is the 808's. I'd bring them out without distorting the quality. Nevertheless, this is tight!

on Toys - Future Bass by Yoboya
Awesome track, with nice vibes. You had a very gradual buildup for the drop, which is really uncommon, but uncommon is alright. I love your use of synths and leads, and it all comes together for a true Future Bass track. I see where you have "Collab Request" visible, and I would love to help in anyway with the track, or do a new project with you.

I'm not sure the genre, but I really dig this! Also, very cool idea to use the vocaloid (Not sure which one you used - maybe Miku or Rin?) as a synth throughout the whole thing. Very creative and smooth! When the vocaloid is being used, their diaphram control is really potent, almost like an automatic phaser effect. I am a Vocaloid fan myself, and I can really appreciate a Vocaloid user! Cheers my friend!

most songs I make I can never really place a genre since, in my opinion, what I play is not really ``standard``
The voices I used for this is Mew and Clara, Mew is pretty new to me, but Clara, Gumi and Avanna are the 3 that I standard use for a few years not, Miku or Rin I will never touch xD.

I have a free album from a few years ago called Acerbus, which is only with Vocaloid, like this, I have a few songs of it on looperman, but not the full thing.

Thanks for the nice comment, and good to know there are a few other Vocaloid knowers out there :)

Cheers!

This is an awesome mix. Love the elements you fused altogether. The sax really got me nodding me head to the beat, as well as the rhodes. I've never thought about a Trap and Jazz fusion. Cheers man!

This is the kind of track that will put someone into a trance. I love the delayed/anticipated drum patterns. The synths and leads are very hypnotic, and have the power to really get shivers. Really smooth transition around 1:54, which changed the style, and set up the build up nicely. I would definitely submit this to a promo channel on YouTube or Soundcloud. I love this track!

hey G.O we meet again haha

"I love the delayed/anticipated drum patterns"
yeah its a strange drum pattern it was even stranger before i fixed it. The song is about madness so i guess an erratic kind of drum pattern (especially the hihats) was to represent just that.

"I would definitely submit this to a promo channel on YouTube or Soundcloud. I love this track!"

Yeah? never done that before ive always assumed if the track is good then people will find it but maybe ill give it a shot :)

cheers again GO :)
MisterBloodworth
Oh hell. This is definitely heavy and crisp. Future Trap, yeah? I love the various sfx, and leads you have all throughout the track. Very calm in certain places like around 1:37. Your mixing is really sharp, and your use of the fat 808's are hella full. Nice man!

Greeting Nova Noma! I am really loving the story this track tells. Without reading the description, I could envision some form of space travel. It was definitely an adventure. As always, great transitions, and smooth usages of leads, bass, and the subtle drum patterns. Cheers!

Awesome fresh vibes here! You put in several elements with a variety of synths and leads patterns. It's very atmospheric and displayed your great idea of control within this track too. I love that plucky-like synth around 2:17. That's my favorite transition throughout the whole track. Cheers man! :)

Wow! This is very bouncy! Really diggin' this Spiv. I've heard very few glitch-hop tracks on here, and this is one of my favorites. It's like an adventure, and perhaps could even be featured on an arcade or indie type game. Cheers man!

Hey buddy, it's good to hear from you, even though I am late with my reply! The real adventure here is in accepting the underlying agenda of the piece, which may require repeated listening. Glitch hop was only the closest idea of genre I could associate with this, partly due to the lower tempo compared to my usual, and some other musical factors. I have lost all track of gaming for at least a decade at this point, so I have little reference, but I liked some classics in childhood, so games are definitely an influence back there somewhere. I'm really happy that you enjoyed what you heard! My influences when creating music are completely scattered and cracked wide upon these days, so even I have no idea what will come next. Thanks for taking a listen, and for leaving your words!

on Billion Feat T-Law - Anytime by BillionaireExclusive
Hello there! I really like the direction this track went! The lyrics was very sweet and the vocals were very nicely executed. The male's vocals could be a bit more fine-tuned, but perhaps that was the Auto-Tune. The female's voice was very gentle and absolutely had control though. The instrumentals was also on point as far as he levels and use of patterns. Cheers man!

Thank you very much for that. Right now I only have basic autotune to work with. but you'll be hearing some of my own voice soon. Which really doesn't sound much different. But thank you and check back soon for more tracks. I'll also be posting instrumentals.

on Nova x Venus - Silent Words by XyIlent
This is really tight! Not your usual track. This features a mysterious, yet gentle style. The intro is very subtle with the bells sounding voice. The vocals is pretty balanced throughout the track as well. I love that lead section from 1:23 - 2:00. The vocals right after that section is spot on, as is the rest of the track. Very nice fade-out usage towards the end. I would really like to maybe possibly make a remix of this. :o Cheers to both Billy and you!

Awesome track. Hooked me on from the beginning. The lyrical work is incredible and the reverb added a lot to the meaning. The whole work is very deep and is something that forces the listeners to really think hard about what you spoke about. Cheers Billy!

Happy birthday man! It's an awesome feeling to become an adult with more control of your life. Your track is so chill and flowing. Where did you get the guitar sample man? It's really strong and piercing with its own melodic path. Also, the bassline around 1:51 is specifically really creative. I'm not sure if that's a vst or a sample, but it's one of the best sounding slap bass I've heard in a track. Cheers man!

Really digging this! Vocaloid user, and used effectively! The control of the track is on point. Could be a little bit more of balance with the vocals and instrumental. Other than that, everything is amazing. The creative use of the Sax (I think it's the DSK or DVS Sax) is out of this world with the effects. Cheers man! :)

Not many people know about vocaloid, at least when I let them hear my tracks :D so awesome to hear someone knows about it for a change haha.

the sax is indeed DVS, I never heard about DSK xD I think I will try to get it and check it out.

Thanks for the nice comment (I now have 2 vocaloid albums, though the first one is not online anymore :( maybe I will reupload it, but I am ashamed of the quality of the mixing, cus it was quite a few years ago)

thanks for the nice comment!

hello Ookami

Thanks for such a nice comment! This is a new style I am practising currently. Yes, I was thinking about the loop and playing along it but couldn't find anything corresponding. I didn't play with metronome but still trying to stick with the beat as possible.

Glad you liked the music.

This is really smooth man. Digging that intro with the sub bass and the keys. The drum patterns following that section is also very clean and has nice use of reverb. The bells vst is also clean, and are very plucky. The background choir/strings together was executed nicely. Gives a very dark sound to the track, which flows nicely with the sick drum patterns throughout. Very smooth gradual fadeout too. Cheers man! Really nice!

What's good Xyi? Awesome idea your doing here! This is def isn't one of your usual tracks, and caught me off guard when I was you doing hiphop. Overall, everything flows tightly. The bassline and bass kicks are nice and heavy, and the synths/leads are bouncy. The vocals are a good addition too, especially with Kendrick Lamar. Hope to see a finished version of this man. Cheers!

Also, would love to work with you sometime! Let me know!

Hey G.O :)

Hahah yeah not one of my usual ones but had to switch it up, for me it gets tedious doing the same genre over and over.

"vocals are a good addition too, especially with Kendrick Lamar"

Was looking for inspiration to start a new track and i thought, why not download a kendrick lamar accapella and mess with it.. and then i got this awesome bass and then been building this track from there.. so i owe this track to Kendrick haha

"Hope to see a finished version of this man"
yeah me too haha, got a couple of other songs im working on that are taking priority the now but hope to get this finished soon :)

"would love to work with you sometime"

Im always up for working with you man!

Nice! I can see the direction you're headed here. Love the synths and the heavy 808 kicks. There are a few of choppy parts though. For example at 0:27. That little section doesn't go on beat as far as 4/4 time, if you know what I mean. Otherwise, everything has absolute potential, and I hope you do more with this man! Cheers!
