The arrangement is beautiful. I definitely love that intro. The bass seems a little odd; the whole song sounds a little odd in my opinion. I actually like the emotion it evokes; mysterious and interesting. Good work on this one!
good mix, but i think it can be punchier.but the track has good movement to it. Maybe try a little reverb on the clap to give it a bigger sound.make the kick a little clicky.and maybe add some stops.great job though!
thats the Sounds of the Mellenium splish.we South Africans would definetly run around the jungle thinking there is a spaceship coming, some part make me dance bt somwer hmm hmm bt tel you what i like the way you go to the breaks(bridge) bt try avoid too many breaks
Im liking the synths in this one, very cool! The percussion sounds a bit robotic, but maybe thats what you were going for. This reminds me of some old school racing game like ridge racer or something, i can just imagine playing that game flying round the track rocking out to this lol! Good job!
Nice beat, yeah the bass kinda reminds me of benga as was said before! Personally i would like the bass slightly more dirty but maybe thats just me! :) Really wish i could use massive with reason, i know you can get some sick sounds out of it! Anyway great job, nice old skool dub!
Great job with this track, spacey, atmospheric and a little freeky, haha, but very cool!! The vox sound like a NASA transcript I've heard before, cleavely used and really made the whole piece come together. Well done Splish! dl and fav! thanks
I like your use of the high pass filter, I love it when people just crank the high end in there dance tracks. ("The return of splish" had that, and it was great too)
I like the sounds you chose for this track, they do sorta remind me of the ocean. I try to incorporate that into my music too.
(PS:have you heard Drexciya?)
This track has a great old school feel to it and the hat beat is great. The synths are just amazing. Its as if house and electronic music had a baby. Reminds me of 808 State if youve ever listened to them....High energy for sure. Really nice job.
This is nice man, like the synth lines. Glad to be listening to your music again. I have been in and out of hospital recently so I neglected my looperfam for a bit. FAVOURITED...
This track is strange man! Its like there's different episodes on a dude's party life since the track is changing a lot of times. Great adventure! hehehe!
WB buddy. I take it you've been praticing/studying House a bit on yer down time? From what I hear here it sure sounds like you're making a beautiful transition from Garage to House.
Way to not hold back on them chords mate. Kinda like trading finger treatments and single key stabs for that. I also like the way ya break it up- having long constants and short periodic out bursts. Sorta keeps people guessing which way its gonna go next, ya know?
Daft Punk would be proud!
Haha, later on mate!
PS. any headway on messin with those 'Whooplash' samples I sent ya?
