Well, this is a bit of heavy riffage. The lead line later was well done. Like how the riff you end with is the first main riff, sneaky. I like it.

Take care.

Love it! 3:D Yeah, if you got a better DAW that would really be awesome! I use Reaper, the sound quality is f'ng amazing! Look up some info on mastering, regarding frequency cutting to to clean up the mix. I double my gtr tracks and pan them right and left, double my drum tracks and pan slightly, bass center. I like the way that widens the mix and makes the drums so much more powerful. Keep these great metal tracks coming!! We definitely need more around here :D I have a few to get up.

Dude, I apologize that it has been one month since u commented on this track and I havent yet replied till now. They should have like a little red flag or something when new comments are recieved lol. Im gunna check out Reaper cuz ya, the program I use is poopy.Everytime I fuck with the sound or add an effect, it seems like it messes with it a bit.

Your sound here is much better than some of your older things, drums sound better as well. The only thing that sounds odd is the tone the guitar changes to. Sounds too thin for what you're playing. Overall, a friggin sweet piece of riffage!

Sure its a bit repetative...but its totally good old rank rock...the kind that makes you jump in the mosh pit & not worry about the guitar...which has that Gibson/Marshall squak that the genre is noted for...some of need a fix of this stuff once in a while just to keep a balance...way to go Kevin...got my fix for the night....feels good....Ed

This is good. It actually has the heavy metal sound. Not just hard rock. Your distortion is good and rich without drowning out the tones. In my opinion, if you dropped your low E string down to an open A, it would beef this bad boy up and tread-cap some heads, ya know?

Your usual damn aggressive crunch. 0:06-0:07 is probably my favourite.

Lots of precision riffs I doubt I could pull off.

Sometimes it sort of sounds a bit out of time with the drums but that gives it a certain charm and vibe.

I always say pretty much the same thing to you - wish you had a band, better bass and drums, maybe even some vocals to do your guitar playing justice.

Thanks man, I appreciate the listen and comment. All my experience comes from learning by ear so all I can truely tell you is that the guitar is in standard tuning. I can play about anything by listening as well as creating on the spot but I cant read music. Thank you again dude!

More crunchy badassery. I like the progression, sounds like if would be very interchangeable in other tracks from you. Very nice.

My only real beef is with the effect on the drums. It makes the kit sound like it's under water. Doesn't compliment your six-string prowess.

I'm going to try Eds' advice and mess with sony acid and see if I get better results. The crappyness/decrease in quality happens when I mess with the tempo and pitch, pretty cheesebally. But ya duderino im slowly but surely inching closer to investing in a more professional and organized set up and hopefully from there things will be more badasser :) Thank you for commenting,

The town I live in has a lot of rock fans EA...I think you could keep pretty busy playing around here with them metal chops..I hear the talent and that usually overcomes any of the little technical production things...I`ve been producing since tape days but got totally tired of all the steps you had to do for even the simplest things with most recording software....download the trial version of Sony Acid (I`ve used the pro version for about 10 yrs...but the studio version is actually all anyone would usually need)...I`m now totally biased...but its a piece of cake to use...all on one screen & you wont even need to look at the built-in tutorials or help files usually) good basic plug-ins etc......anyway...I know you`re doing it for the joy of playing & sharing....keep on doing it.....well done...Ed

Really nice track - doesnt sound like u used drumloops, seems like u spent lots of time to let it sound "natural". Though i m missing the mids from the kicks at some parts a bit, where they get eaten by the guitar (guess lil equing will do the job)- but all in all great song - keep on goin M8, thx 4 sharin.

Ferryterry does have some nice tom-work loops I've used.

This is rougher than a mummy's vagina, but you can tell where it's going and what it is meant to be.

Your music deserves better software for recording. The potential is staggering.
