I like the result even in the (still?) unfinished state.
I did some Silver Bella / Ashes and Dreams mixes myself, didn't hear this one before :-) I'm to busy creating :-(

As a first test, take out the synths entirely and see how it sits (I know that's painful because you played them, been there, didn't want to do that ;) ).
Where I said "big dip, Imeant EQ. Take an EQ8 or whatever your FL Sudio is, and take a big scoop out of synths around the vocal range of Bella (who is a great singer), so probably between 300-1500 Hz. If that clears up the midrange, you'll know where to go next. If the vocals are still not clear, you know I'm talking bollocks and you know you can ignore me in the future ;)

I didn't mean my comment to sound harsh btw. Again, I like what you did with the synths and I think I can hear what you want it to be!

I like it a lot, but I hear what you mean. I think the synths can take much more of a back seat, and let us focus on the vocals and the beat. You may even want to scoop out a big dip in the synths where the vocals sit? Still, I think you already did a great job!

The music is great, love the drums. How long you been doing this? Love the lyrics too. Very uplifting melody!

Didn't realize I had reviewed this track prior, oh well... still very enjoyable and I like the Hook, the piano melody and the groove which was very nice. Great production overall.

Excellent work once more. It is obvious how well you know to make a hip hop song. There is a seamless integration of the vocals that are followed so smoothly by the music. All it needs is to "get out there", I mean promotion possibly and of course some luck (it is a rule..). So, I wish good luck to your projects.

Im a little bit smoother than my brother when it comes to songs in this genre lol. Hes got me trying to practice putting more melodic elements into my vocals so I can improve my singing, Im gonna try and sing a little bit on my solo project. I imagine songs like this one would be perfect for that. Good work man

This is not at all my preferred genre, but it doesn't have to be for me to recognize talent.
I am curious though, in general, with the instrumentation of your tracks, (this one and others), do you use a lot of loops, or do you create all of your own (or play) from scratch, or maybe even a little bit of both?

What you've built around the vocals is very well put together. Not only in instrument choices, but the timing and even the effects you used. The wind, although primarily in the background, is absolutely a binding ribbon that makes the entire piece. It's one of those things where you don't notice it at first, but if it wasn't there, you'd definitely miss it and the track just wouldn't be as full.
