Hey Ian

very atmospheric intro, love it...Excellent guitar, nice beat and bass, sort of agree with FR, would do nicely under the rock genre, not really chill out genre...with that said my friend...totally love the arrangement of this piece, kept it interesting for the whole journey...Great work matey...Fv...Peace n Respect...MOsaic...

Really digging the grittyness of the guitar after the 1:56 mark. Real nice groove on this one too. Could be a tad louder but that's just me. Otherwise, great tune here. jamming. peace

Stunning track...when I saw chill out, I planned completely another listening...:-)

Distorted guitars were surprising but gave special dimension this track...

Music is nice...how we think differently...:-)

Respect, Danke

Hey Man

Sorry for latest response to getting to your profile, this is a very dramatic piece, it is one of those strange tracks even with nothing in description for track it takes you on a journey of sorts, mean that in a good way mate, love the way you have drops and then the ride back up into the track, very expressive track...Totally loving this, very surprised this has not been reviewed more then it has, as it deserves to have more reviews...Big time fav...Peace n Respect...Mos...

Thanks so much for the feedback. 2012 was not a bad year for tunes coming out of the grey matter, then 2013 came along and the load was dead. Have just found some bits floating around inside so keep watching. Ian

Ok, so I've listened to this [literally] like 6 times.

Oh how my blood boiled each time,
oh how I transformed into someone different each time.
My skin peeled away as I became someone else I've always wanted to be.
I died and came to life again.
I cried and then I laughed.

Or maybe I was breaking in and robbing a bank.
Or was I rescuing someone?
Wait, I could've been hot wiring a vehicle,
or was I just standing at the edge of a calm body of water and reminiscing?

You really "knocked up" something good here!!!!

thank you so much for that comment. How very spooky though I live near to a calm body of water where I often go to "think".

Interesting track, I liked it. I agree with FR and it seems the guitar fills need to be a little louder in the mix. The chunky guitar could use something to get that to fit in better but it certainly doesn't mean it's a bad track, just needs some work on the mix, the idea is there. Good luck with it, cool track.

I really like the piece you've created here. The guitars are excellent although in places it seems a little overpowered by the bass. Maybe a few more high frequencies on the guitars would do the trick.
Nice usage of ambient effects and the percussion was a nice touch. I think you'd probably get more hits if you put in the rock or metal genre though.
Nice work.
