Wow. Brings me back to the days when that record "TWO WITHOUT HATS - TRY YAZZ ( E. 140TH ST. CLUB YAZZ ) mix came out. That was in 1989. Dam I'm getting old lol.

Really nice mix man. I'm loving the subs. The track hits hard but relaxing at the same time. It's amazing how a piece of music can influence someones mood.

Nice levels, panning and effects. You got me in the mood to make another House track. :P Take care my friend.

Hey VSS

mate what an interesting intro to this one, thought was going to listen to a dubstep etc, impressive work going on here, great vocal drop, clarity and the arrangement extremely good on this piece, not what I would class as house as such, even though does have some elements of the genre there, this is prob more a crossover of genre's here, either way you have made this track work so well, so glad to be back to listen and review, impressive pieces like this on the loop, massive FAV'D mate if I could, stunning work...very impressed...Peace n much respect dude...elsd...

Hey ELSD my friend so mighty fine to hear fom you again. Thanx so much for taking time to stop by, listen & review. This is just lil ole me trying to push the limits a touch. I based the track on a House rhythm then went kinda wierd on it.I hope the written intro to the track explains what I hoped to acheive with it? I really appreciate your kind & thoughtful comments on this. I ain't getting a lotta time just lately to work on stuff but when I do I'm trying to strecth my comfort zone and, hopefully, come up with something a bit different. Many thanx again mate and it really is so good to see you back again. Take care. Peace, Love & Justice to ya.

Hi VSS

This is just great. I love those transitions -they work really well and flow naturally. Lots if things happening to keep you interested all the way through. That guitar on the intro (it appears throughout the track too) is excellent. The vocals at the end work every so well. Keep experimenting and give us more of this. Top stuff.

Hiya Richie. Hope all is good with you & yours my friend? Thanx so much for the review. I'm really honured & humbled when such talented Loopers as your-self comment on my work. I was really chuffed with how this track worked out. I like the guitar riff you mention and will probably use it again. It is kinda sweet eh ? I often struggle with vocals but on this one they seemed to just fit around everything else. I really do appreciate you taking time out to drop by to my lil corner of the Loop and have a listen. Peace, Love & Justice to you maate.

Yeah , this is just Well Done!
Good work. love the port. drops on the bass synth. The beat switchups are great.
Why limit something like this by stuffing it into a genre. Let's call this new all encompassing genre "Great $#IT"

But seriously, good work put into this, it can be heard.
Keep Doin' It J.P.

I can't give much technical advice as I am not learned when it comes to the dance genres but I know when something sounds good to my ears. I can picture a club's dance floor packed with people bouncing around to this and thoroughly enjoying the beat, synths and the vocal bits. From reading the reviews you have on this track it seems like you have a hit on your hands, impressive!

Hey VSS, you have courage my friend. As has been said, most people stick to one genre or maybe two, but rarely move out of their comfort zone. I salute you!!!

Like Ed, if I went to a club, all I would do is check out the girls as well :) I did crank this one up this morning and gave the neighbors something to talk about, hahaha.....now all I have to do is put the paintings back up on the wall, hahaha. Great bass work on this one.

No advice here, just a satisfied listener and that is what counts most. Well done. I look forward to your next experimental dark house....house track. I hope all is well.

I hear a lot of people out there who say "It's cheating when you use loops" Well first of all, they can kiss my a$$! Using loops is a great way of building tracks up that you might not have thought of by yourself and blending loops together that work with each other takes patience and a good ear. VSS, You have demonstrated in this tune that you have both of those skills and this track would work on any decent dancefloor and get people moving.
Sometimes minimal is good and this is one of those times.

Hiya Free, hope all is well in your lil part of the world my friend ? Thanx for listening & reviewing mate. Yup I don't see the issues with loops either. It's a riff that YOU have to work with and make music from. There are only 7 major notes and who the hell complains when musos use any, or less, amount of them ? No one, thats who. John Lee Hooker used E,A & B as did Bowie. Yet 2 completely different tracks eh ? I really appreciate your praise FR and am glad you kinda get what I'm trying to acheive with this track. Reviews from someone such as your good self whose work I really admire are very special for me. Thanx again my friend. Peace, Love & Respect at ya . . .
