Saturday night at Ronnie Scott's club. A reminiscent feeling of the 60s, beehives and Embassy Number 6. Very well composed and enjoyable. Plenty going on without it being chaotic. Nice one. Kay0s

Hey Oli. Thanks for stopping by for the listen. Ronnie Scott's? I've never been, but the recordings I've heard are over the top. The closest near me on Ronnie's level is a jazz club on the near north side of Chicago called the Jazz Bulls. The basement cave like acoustics there IS FIRE! I'm happy you enjoyed the listen. Peace.

Thanks a lot for incorporating my noodling! I love that by shifting the whole thing one beat it became even more funky.
The whole thing is a masterpiece as usual. The horns here are off the chart btw.

This is super zealous & what I call "Feel Good Jazz" you certainly know how you express yourself through your art, this is freaking AMAZING! the sound is crystal clear, my goodness that guitar is showing off! like no tomorrow, bloody hell you have got that guitar down! to a "T" I'm so checking for this track well, I guess you did it again and my nod of approval gives this jazz-funk gem a heart. Man, I love the way the rhythm doesn't turn out
to be what you thought it would be. I'm really liking
that string background on the Guitar solo along with a
plethora of Percussive accents. The 808 addition my the
track sound full and rounded.
BTW... I didn't know you were playing Synth on the track
you posted before this one. Mannnnn it's killer.

OOOhhhh those delicate ear-Candy notes in the beginning had me hooked and then in comes my fave instrument the sax which just had everything on this super! classy smoothhhh!!! ride. That change at 1:40 just opened it all up for me also. What a bluesy! Smoothie! right here made me feel like I was getting dressed up to the nines with this sweet jam playing in the background to get me in the mood for a great night out at some classy! venue, well my friend, If I have never told you before you have so much class it's unreal & comes through in your AMAZING! Compositions, now this is what I call a Hot! Track & a Fave to follow. Bravo!

Yep, In my response to your comment on my track "Bring It Home" I forgot to mention how wonderful and the effect "The Bottom Of A Bottle" had on my ears. Then you team up again with heavyweight BM4R for "Secret Smile" where that one was awesome as well. Then you hit me with "Amazing" this morning, which is now my personal favorite. Mark, this aint fair. You didn't have to do me like this. Carpet keys ally cat bass and melting saxes working the stereo field to perfection, what a perfectly made CHOCOLATE CAKE OF A TRACK. Sweet one player. This track reminds me of when I was younger playing smooth jazz in the clubs, when the sax player was doing his thing, I would choose a sexy lady to kik it with before returning to the stage to do a blazing solo. This one was very well put together. The song form was perfect for the simplicity of the track. You know I'm coming SOON. LOL PEACE. T576 OUT.

i can hear the adjustments you've made on this already Mark hats different and that guitar comes later, nice, cant remember that lift at 3.37 lead guitar and the very delicate harpers tap percussion behind it just after, keep up the great work

hey Mark can only agree with Manuela, this is such a warm track, that sax is stellar, beautiful keys, that deep blues bass is knockout, great change at 140, love that finger plucking acoustic at 2.09 it's gorgeous tone, great mix and mastering mate fantastic listen
