I have heard of hallucinogenic bananas, and mushrooms... not tomatoes tho!

Dang levels are gettin' better!!! Right on!

this was normalized to -6 , -3db is loud and typical for music.
Of course as I have stated 0 db is what i shoot for heheh.

You are just getting better and better.
Arp gave me chills, the effects were really cool, it actually felt like a wave of hallucinogen sweeping thru my ears!

Agree with xxyoung, bass was sad, piano was just KILLER. SOo thoughtful, and amazing. It made me think of rain. and hallucinogenic tomatoes.

wow damann, wow!
don't stop you are on a roll!!!
this is definitely one you should continually work on! See how it grows! (Some of my songs are 12 versions deep)
going on the AbePod!

Kick is nice and the side-chained pads sound great but you need to work on the rest.

Nice simple drums really cool low synth(/bass? think no) sound in the start that gives me a sad feeling. The arp is a bit messed up i prefer simpler clearer ones(it's just me)Lovd the piano part in the mid. Blew me up, really atmospheric sound and amazing feeling to it. Gave me goosebumps..but i was expecting some alternative faster piano to come later on...

Well i got so critical cause this song has great potential. Cool kick once again and is it just me or the song is lacking in low range?

Those are sidehchained pads, the sound is a replica of a JP808(The SuperSaw, you know? that changed electronic music?) But I just used a kick that was ridiculously loud and used that as sidechain to get a massive effect and used a regular kick that you actually hear.

Nice work man!! Like the arp sound you used..it fits really well with the rest of the track. Try throwing in a synth lead too...

Really like the kick!

You must have incredible monitors or something dude...
This was also normalized to -9... I might do some research and try and find some free stuff for you...
ALSO, I will send you portions of Soundvizionz mastering guide.

Dude, these two new songs are your best work.
Mary is still freaking cool tho.

I am really enjoying these new angles on music.
Who cares if you did or didn't invent a new style.
Your music should be your voice, not the classifications of others.

DAMANN STYLE!

I like this A LOT.

Hot Damn! This is the best song from you I have heard yet!!

Very cool, trance-y, but also very intelligent with the sounds coming and going.

The melodies never got old to me.. Every pass seemed to offer something new to the whole cadence. Very Interesting and VERY cool!

Hey, Just soo you know, this was normalized to approximately -9db... that means you have like 12 db just taking up headroom or it is just silence... so.. you have like about 6 db till you even have to worry about clipping..

So, despite that, I am still LOVING THIS. Faving.

But, you might consider getting just a limiter or a condensor... there are free ones I am sure.

Heh, just because I like loud noises, my crazy head would normalize this to -1 db.. but that is just me.

LOVE IT.

Pretty good, but maybe you overdid the stereo separation. Check out my new trance track called "Data Entry."

Hey mate...cool composition!...at first I thought it was a bit bass heavy but then realised you'd done that part to the intro on purpose...when the higher frequencies come into play it starts to rock!.....great variation and nice percussive interludes...great work D !..cheers planet :)

Now I really realize what mastering can do =D. Is it hard to believe I made this with my messy small studio?

I used a stereo imager and soloed the low bands then brought the x value thingy up to pretty much cancel out the low band solo.

This is right up there in my style of making creepy tracks :P

- I tend to make all my track to a dark theme, (well most of them),

Great track, the subtones, cud be pumped a little harder tho :P

make em sound like heart beats?

After looking at some scientific filters SOMETHING REALLY weird is goin on at the end... It almost looks like fish. but.. then.. I don't know. At the very last seconds the wavs take on the face of a skeleton and it scares the shit out of me (I have to printscrn this and send it too you). You are saying something, but the more I heal it, the more static I get... CRAZZYYYY...

[Can I just opt out and say it's a Mandelbrot?]

You have frequencies that only my pet bat can hear at the end. (I don't own a bat.. so I am a liar) BUT REGARDLESS...

What the hell are you doing? Kaoss had something to do with it?

Favorited just on principal alone. lol

Mr.Discoverer_of_Site_Errors. Ok, onto the track. Hadta turn it up when it first started coz of how low it was playin. Maybe you could tweak those levels if ya remaster this.

Yeah, those synths were pretty wicked. And I couldn't help thinking the entire time was how ya said something about Goa-Psy in the desc and back to all the times I would listen to that station on http://www.di.fm. It made me thing of the thwarping bass that would accompany the synth parts like that. In a way I'm envious because I've wanted to make a Goa-Psy track for a while now. Anywho, nice intro into what I'm hoping is a larger mix set. Later on!

glitcheriffic.. Cool track man, definitely weird, as in good weird...lol. While I listen to this I imagine being smacked in the face with a space 2x4 or something on an alien ship and frantically trying to escape, only to be stumbling like a drunken sailor...that's a compliment. lol. Nice work. peace.

I am so going to make a music video to this and put it on youtube, just need to dust off my video camera, see if I can get ahold of some video software, we have Adobe on the family computer but that computer is so slow and needs to be wiped, is there a free/cheap alternative I can get for basic editing? Or maybe I could use Windows Movie Maker, meh I don't know. I just found some via google, I'll check em out when I have time and post a thread with a link.

Well, my stardom to fame, CNN uses a mini song by me for a slideshow of the war. That would be great if they did use it and I like your idea Gizzard. I want to pursue a career in music and you have to start somewhere. I got quite a while though till I actually need a job. About 8 or 9 years, though it would be nice to get the whole job decision out of the way now.
