Description : I have a long fascination with the Sitar, incredible sound and range, but a bit like the bag-pipes you either get it or you don't. I have tried to make it a bit more pleasing with this mix, but I am not sure it is a success!
Description : Middle East Sitar , DRums / no vocals
Hope u enjoy this
Description : sitar music
Description : Used a bunch of samples from looperman
Description : 180 BPM ambient drum n cell. Melodic electric cello playing over dnb drums (all fast except for one 30 sec section). Drums are all manipulated loops. No acoustic drums so also no cymbals, just for a change. Various synths, plus some interesting sample-based sitar parts in the second half. A fun, far out track that feels like it should be deeper and better. Let me know what you think, good or bad.
Description : Chill, Raw Track Under Process. Reviews/Suggestions are welcome.
Description : New user to looperman, my first upload, minimal techno/deep tech track. comments are welcome, downloads are welcome. Ableton Live 9 Suite...my favorite part of this track is the sidechained sitar :)

Description : Dark with some sitar tones. DnB for the classic lover
Description : A bit of a protest tune. l like changing the guitar tones into sitar,

Description : Track originally inspired by Madonna's 'Bittersweet'. I wanted to do something with the mysterious sound of the sitar and Far East ambient atmospheres. When I found Kayar Silkenwood reading the poem 'Love' by Pablo Neruda it all came together. The track, that had been lying around for months, was finished and mixed in the last two days of 2015.
Description : ethnic loops definetly have a special vibe and flavour :)
I used AcidPro's awesome arabic darbuka and arabic drum loops,Jen`s Muse`s indian tihai for sitar (that thing sounds sublime)and some simple pads and a wobble I made out of a synth
not really drum and bass but it fits the tempo.
let me know what you think of it,any advice or criticism is really useful
Description : Track build on and inspired by Pathways of the Mind, vocals by Kara Square. Specifically recorded for the ‘Music for Healing’-project, a collaboration between ccMixter.org and the University of Utah, the Lassonde Entrepenur Institute and the Marriott Library – to facilitate the creation of a new collection of music that focuses on healing. Additional vocals: Mhyst (We all breathe) from Looperman. Sitar by Jaspreet Sing. Some parts of Lacrimosa written by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart were sampled for this track.
Description : Genre-IDM,Glitch,Experimental,Ambient,Chillout. SO this is a very interesting track which has a dark groove and lot of melodies. There's a lot movement in the background with different Pad transitions and filters and automatons.
The main flute melody is very addictive, dark and a little weird.
I have added a number of Indian Instruments like Sitar,Tanpura and some authentic percussion which uplifts the track!
Hope y'all will like it.
Plz listen and give feedback. Thanks!
Description : NEW - 2014 - I put it under Hip Hop but maybe itz more Sprechgesang. Hope you will enjoy the listening. ANY comment is welcome. Just tell me what you think about this track.

Description : Back in India!! OK want to do some meditation? Get all YOUR energy back?!!!. Listen to the sitar only key like IT IS the DRUMS, put in max, just relax. This is cerebral music. Loops from acid. This has 2 parts.1rst Nice sitar part. The end is moreeven more relaxingand ends with like kind of jazzy + nature.
Description : Wut up Looperfam here is my entry for Coney's competition 2011. I used 5 out of the 10 loops given to us. I used the timpani roll, beatbox flute, synth loop, sitar loop, and the string loop. Did alot of choppin and screwin with a couple of em. Overall im happy with it and i had ALOT of fun workin on this project!
Description : Not sure about the sideboards on the Ethnic genre. Trying out new sounds here. I'm using sitar and marimba with Indian and Indonesian drums. Does the listener need a solo or spoken word after the melody or does the open part work by itself?
I think it's a good piece. Almost.
Description : fusion of urban beat, sitar, tabla, congo
