Description : I had this amazing vox: https://www.looperman.com/acapellas/detail/5256 and drums by Eos and Mmedia to work with and this is what I came up with.
The acapella is from Porter Robinson and Mat Zo's tune Easy, so technically it's a remix, but I actually heard the original after I made my own song around the vox so it's not similar at all...maybe that's a good thing, I don't know.
But I really did my best with this one and tried to use everything I learned so far while mixing and mastering and I'm actually almost happy with the result.
Work in progress though...the piano comes out in one ear and the vox in the other so something went wrong anyway. =D
Edit: I'm NOT happy at all anymore - hearing all the flaws now...

Keep it up man. This one does sound a bit rough but thats how we progress. Your work sounds nice on this tune. Nice vibe with the drums and the synths. That's a cool use of the poetry. It's great to hear that someone in Zimbabwe is hip to House music. It would be neat if you could DJ your own music. Someday it will happen. I have the same dream myself. One bedroom producer to another.

Hey! I think You did a good job with this track. The only thing I did'nt really like was the snare drums in the drumloop. The lead was simple but i like it! Try some live brass sound(sax or jazz trumpet) on the lead. :) Keep up the good work man! :)
