Reason being, it's more of an outline. I would really love to see some good 3/4 hip hop beats from the people here.
Options>General Settings>Projects>General is how you change time signatures in Fruity Loops.
Would love to see what you guys do with it so hit me up when you're finished. I might upload a 3/4 chord progression later on.
Idea came from ShortBus uploading a 6/8 loop.
