Description : Used 3xOsc to get a simple saw wave, & a bunch of distortion VST's to get that gritty sound. Made this in 10 minutes, it's pretty easy.

Maybe the person (or persons) who you found using the same sounds probably sampled it from this loop?
I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan of Complextro. I just know that there's a lot of creative people in the Looperman community and can do a load of stuff with this loop. Hopefully this helps you and others.
