for the kick just take a kick sample with a short punchy beginning and then make or find a bass sample that is one fourth long and line up the kick and bass on every fourth. take the bass sample and fade the volume so it slides up when the kick hits and slowly fades down on the sixteenth after the kick hits. then u just eq and effect the kick and bass to ur liking, theres lots of youtube videos on it.
