i had the same problem with Recycle, so i opened the file in a music program (like audacity) and exported it again as .wav file with another name.
The new saved file will open in Recycle!!!

Ive downloaded it and tried to turn it into a rex file using recycle so i can use it in reason 4.
but it says "could load fine lopperman...
the file is an unknown format of corrupt"

Sorry mate. If i come across another way I'll let you know. But i have heard that reason is notorious for not providing wave support, its something that alot of people dont like about it.
