Well, no. If mixed properly there is no problem with it. The problem is people trying to mix it themselves, which just makes the loop a lot less usable. If you listen to the beats people have used this loop in, you can still very clearly hear the pops. This is a quote straight out of the loop upload guidelines:
"Another common problem is loops that have not been edited so that the loop without any clicks or pops. This happens when you the end and the start of the loop have different levels etc. Its easy to fix by simply fading the very last and first moment of the loop to zero. An example of where this would cause an obvious problem is a pad loop where the sound is constant throughout. Play your file in a Wav editor and you ll know if there is a problem."

I understand what you mean, but a gross beat preset makes the sample unique I understand that there are some pops but not all presets are half speed and there is some popping that comes with that. If people want to not listen to the popping then as you said you can just gate it for yourself since it is that easy. Personally I like what the sample sounds without the gate so I will post what I think sounds best. If there is a solvable issue then I will leave that up to the user to do.

Thats why you should have posted it completely un mixed. Thats how looperman is supposed to be, cause when you do shitty mixes like this it ruins the loop for people who actually want their beats to sound nice.
Half speed is literally the most simple thing to do, anyone who can figure out how to make a beat can put half speed on it themself, and then they can actually make it sound better!

    Lemme get this straight
you want me to post loops completely unmixed loops, even if the presets I use are personal in the effects and make the loops sound more unique, for the sole purpose of allowing you to try your hand at mixing my free loops

Use the gate in gross beat to remove the pops. Its useless how it is.

I thought about gating it but in the process the sample would become more choppy because of the gate. Also if you put a basic bass on the thing the popping is not really audible. Any sort of hats would probably drown it out as well since the pop is only every beat
