I was in Taranaki in about 1998 ish. I stayed for 6 months as my aunty had married a kiwi and he got me some work with him refurbing an oil rig in New Plymouth. I surfed up and down the coast, climbed Mt taranaki and boarded down it with only one day of boarding under my belt - my uncle dragged me up there and he is loose as fuck with safety haha. I absolutely loved NZ but didn't get to see enough of it.

When you titled it Crisp Air you kind of set me up for a stomp through some snowy forest, somewhere that takes your breath away. The intro delivers exactly that. It's cold and its crisp, as if you could turn winter air into a sound and it drops so nicely. The second drop is so sick, and the third with those dreamy vocals is mesmerising. Nice work :)
