This one has "Thriller" spelled all over it. I feel like I'm watching a film with crazy stuff happening every second, keeping me on the edge of my seat. A barbie film but a thriller. That would be an interesting watch. Great work mate!
I was not expecting that beautifully crafted jazz saxophone in the beginning. The chill lounge vibes I get from this are just great and impressive, but what else can I expect when it comes to you and your talents? As per usual, you didn't disappoint! Great work, my friend!
I don't listen to much music in this genre, but I can appreciate a good track when I hear one. The flute sounds in the beginning, reminded me of those ethnic films my old man used to watch back in the day. The transition from that to the upbeat club scene was smooth and enjoyable. Is this a full trance or is it a fusion of a multitude of genres? Because this kind of music I could listen to it for days. The chorus parts are chilling and gave me full chill bumps! Absolutely adding this to my favs. Brilliant, just brilliant!
The mix on this is great! Whoever Devon was, I'm sure they would have loved this. The chill vibe on this simple yet, delightful. I just wish it was a bit longer. Nonetheless great work!
Stopping by for a second listen. The reverb and delay increase definitely improved the vocals for sure. It sounds much cleaner and blends in with the instrumental much better now. Great work, my friend!
thanks for the back up stop Modnex and the confirmation about the adjustments, this was my first attempt using buses on my mixer and side-chaining fx, still got lots to learn, but its a start :))
The beginning sounds like the start of a great movie. The vocals are beautiful and the instrumentation built around it was great! I love the atmospheric environment you created -- I personally would have made a little adjustment to the drums when the vocals were playing and toned it down a bit, or filtered it, but that's more of a personal taste. Great work, nonetheless :)
Really nice track, Paul! Your vocals are unique and it went well with the instrumental. One note for the vocals, they feel a bit dry, I think a little increase to the reverbs would have helped a bit. You're definitely improving, that's for sure. The key is to never give up and keep being persistent and you're definitely doing that. Keep up the great work my friend, I will continue to keep an eye out for your singing tracks as I enjoy them :-)
thanks for the encouraging comments bro, really appreciated. i like most are never happy and keep messing, i went back and increased the reverb on your advice, but i tweaked the delay too, that was the problem, i couldn't see it. i opened it slightly so the echo sits in the pocket now, i think its warmer, but is the delay now to much :))
The instrumental is so groovy and your vox is so unique. It brings a unique and distinguished vibe to the track. I enjoyed it all the way through. Good work, pal.
thankyou bro, nice to see you around. the music from fellow loppers CreativeStudios was great. lifes going well for me so why not sing about it. will check your latest later and drop a comment Modnex. i love skittles so looking forward to it with a bag of no shells too :))
Such a smooth summer track! The instrumental is so calm and beautiful. It has a touch of the 80s in it. The vocals are great and compliments the instrumental. Great collaboration guys!! You two should do it again.
Dope! Loving your flow on this. Great lyrics, an awesome beat, and professional quality. I would say that equipment was an upgrade but your music was always up to par. Keep them coming, pal.
The sounds are definitely industrial. There are so many different genres mixed into this one. It almost feels rock-ish with a tip of trance twinkled on top. You called it Cyberpunk glitch; if this is what that genre sounds like, I may need to dig deeper. Great work.
I can always leave it to you to talk to my soul with your music. The lovely sounds work for a rainy day at home but at the same time makes me want to put on a jiving suit and go down to the disco dance hall. Wonderful as usual, adding to favs.
Modnex. Gratitude for the stop, listen, fave, and kind comments. Where I am the rain has been crazy. Yep just the right circumstances for the musical flow. I’m humbled this one resonates with you as I stated this was a total blast. It’s also good hearing from you. It’s been a minute. Be safe.
I get so many different emotions from this one. I feel relaxed but at the same time, I want to throw something. Also, love your choice of sounds. Nice chill hop tune.
Man, I missed drum n bass. I forgot how great it could be. This track definitely brought me back to 2010-2012. Superb work. Thanks for the nostalgic run. Added to favs.
Right from the start this track hit hard. The guitar work is insane and super impressive, did you do all of the guitar work yourself? Who am I kidding, of course you did. I felt like I was at a legendary concert while listening to this. Brilliant.
Hey Mate, I wish I could play guitar like that. That is the usage and slicing and dicing of a very famous Guitarist (Marty Friedman) who kindly lent his skills for a Loop-based sound that I bought at Loopartists.com. I wanted to make a song that had synth elements and wasn't a traditional HM song. Using his fantastic guitar loops I was able to use my VST skills and percussion acumen to make this tune. For me, it was more about the production ability and the merging of 2 completely different ideas to make a new one. I am glad U enjoyed it.
The percussion and the guitars on this are brilliant! Your vox always impress me. I'm not sure if this is the right genre, but nonetheless a very great track.
I've never heard an afrobeat track before, but if this is what is to be expected I might start listening. The ethnic vibes and the beautiful textures are explosive yet subtle. The vocal addition was a nice touch. Great job.
This one has a lot of potential for sure. The vocals are nice, but in my honest opinion, it doesn't fit the instrumental. In some parts, it feels like the instrumental and vocals are fighting one another to be on top. That's just my two cents but otherwise, I think you did a good job and could see this one being a massive success with some tweaking.
You're definitely onto something here. I feel like there's so much potential for this one. If you were to put a melody down around 23 seconds, something dark and sinister sounding, and added more variation, I feel this could make for a Korn-like rock/metal song. If you're open to expansion on this one, we can collaborate, and I'll add some vocals.
Your vocals are great! Your vox reminds me of old rock bands like the American rejects. With that being said, I would have liked to hear a little more range variation, but that's just personal taste. Well done, sir.
