I never heard the original, but this sounds great! I will listen to the original when I have time, to see if it's 100% on target, but I'm sure you did it justice. Doing it completely by ear is impressive and that's how we grow as artists, so keep up the good work.
Great track, Paul! Your voice is so pleasant to listen to, almost ASMR vibes. The Your vocals fits right in with this track. I'm not sure what's going on with Manuela's situation, but I will keep an eye out for your track. Thanks for sharing and keep up the great work, bud :-)!
hi mate thanks for the comments, really appreciate that and your one of the good guys too.
Manuela has had a massive part in my progress tbf, she a pro singer and has guided me for sometime now, she is not one to say nice track for the sake, if she likes it she'll tell you why and if she thinks it needs something she'll give you good feedback, someone didn't see it that way and obscenely abused her many times, there will be more to come on that story, so keep checking.
and for a stinking rank amateur like me, this is why she is important to me, if you get a chance, read description on it first https://www.looperman.com/tracks/detail/248312/
Man, am I sorry that it took me so long to listen to this. Good job on the vocals again. This one is a bit different style than the last one I commented on, but you brought your unique voice on it and it works well. Good job, pal, thinks for recommending it. Adding to the fav's.
thanks for giving me more time bro, i was really happy simply because it was my first time doing rock, i wrote the song and Danke allowed me to add the vocal to his outstanding track and its a bonus for us both as the stats aren't bad ejther considering many possibly seen this as the least likliest of collabs but it turned out great
Here I was listening to this and thinking vocals would sound nice on this, then BAM vocals came in. A great piece you created here and the vocals fit so well with this. As usual, no disappointments here, great work my friend.
What a fantastic piece you created here. The arrangement is unique and works superbly well with the vocals. So much soul beaming off of this, and the jazz elements mixed with the beautiful vocals make for a fantastic listen. Great work, adding to the favs!
Great piece of house music here. This mixdown is superb, the vocals are superb and so is the instrumental. I could picture going for a night drive listening to this. Great work!
The instrumental has got that dark drill all over it. As Danke said earlier, I think you are onto something with this genre. It fits your style like a glove and your bars will make these mumble rappers shiver. Great work, pal. I look forward to hearing more in this style and genre from you!
thanks bro appreciate your feedback, i've been flipping genres of late, i think UKDrill Grime and Garage are areas my style will suit, although i did do a rock collab with Danke that done surprisingly well if you get a chance https://www.looperman.com/tracks/detail/243878
thanks again mate
It's been a while since I listened to some atmospheric music. I have to say, the beauty of this track makes me want to binge-listen to some more. The eerie yet emotional dynamic you were able to achieve with this one is impressive and reminded me of the video game "Firewatch". The background electric sounds you added towards the end, fit well and only added to the simplistic rush, you've managed to create! A+ work, adding to my favs.
Hi there, thanks so much for the listen and comment, and especially the fav! Sounds like you understood what I set out to do with this one. I always listen to your tracks and enjoy them - always enjoyable, interesting and very professional. Cheers from Down Under.
Interesting tune you created here. I was not expecting those wonderful vocals. I love the way you brought them in. I can picture listening this to on a nice night drive. Brilliant work, you earned my fav, sir!
Hello, I'm glad the track resonates with you... your really flattering comment is much appreciated. In fact, when I write, I often have a night drive in my mind. Thank you for the attention and the fav.
Cheers, Micky
This one has "Thriller" spelled all over it. I feel like I'm watching a film with crazy stuff happening every second, keeping me on the edge of my seat. A barbie film but a thriller. That would be an interesting watch. Great work mate!
I was not expecting that beautifully crafted jazz saxophone in the beginning. The chill lounge vibes I get from this are just great and impressive, but what else can I expect when it comes to you and your talents? As per usual, you didn't disappoint! Great work, my friend!
I don't listen to much music in this genre, but I can appreciate a good track when I hear one. The flute sounds in the beginning, reminded me of those ethnic films my old man used to watch back in the day. The transition from that to the upbeat club scene was smooth and enjoyable. Is this a full trance or is it a fusion of a multitude of genres? Because this kind of music I could listen to it for days. The chorus parts are chilling and gave me full chill bumps! Absolutely adding this to my favs. Brilliant, just brilliant!
The mix on this is great! Whoever Devon was, I'm sure they would have loved this. The chill vibe on this simple yet, delightful. I just wish it was a bit longer. Nonetheless great work!
Stopping by for a second listen. The reverb and delay increase definitely improved the vocals for sure. It sounds much cleaner and blends in with the instrumental much better now. Great work, my friend!
thanks for the back up stop Modnex and the confirmation about the adjustments, this was my first attempt using buses on my mixer and side-chaining fx, still got lots to learn, but its a start :))
The beginning sounds like the start of a great movie. The vocals are beautiful and the instrumentation built around it was great! I love the atmospheric environment you created -- I personally would have made a little adjustment to the drums when the vocals were playing and toned it down a bit, or filtered it, but that's more of a personal taste. Great work, nonetheless :)
Really nice track, Paul! Your vocals are unique and it went well with the instrumental. One note for the vocals, they feel a bit dry, I think a little increase to the reverbs would have helped a bit. You're definitely improving, that's for sure. The key is to never give up and keep being persistent and you're definitely doing that. Keep up the great work my friend, I will continue to keep an eye out for your singing tracks as I enjoy them :-)
thanks for the encouraging comments bro, really appreciated. i like most are never happy and keep messing, i went back and increased the reverb on your advice, but i tweaked the delay too, that was the problem, i couldn't see it. i opened it slightly so the echo sits in the pocket now, i think its warmer, but is the delay now to much :))
The instrumental is so groovy and your vox is so unique. It brings a unique and distinguished vibe to the track. I enjoyed it all the way through. Good work, pal.
thankyou bro, nice to see you around. the music from fellow loppers CreativeStudios was great. lifes going well for me so why not sing about it. will check your latest later and drop a comment Modnex. i love skittles so looking forward to it with a bag of no shells too :))
Such a smooth summer track! The instrumental is so calm and beautiful. It has a touch of the 80s in it. The vocals are great and compliments the instrumental. Great collaboration guys!! You two should do it again.
Dope! Loving your flow on this. Great lyrics, an awesome beat, and professional quality. I would say that equipment was an upgrade but your music was always up to par. Keep them coming, pal.
The sounds are definitely industrial. There are so many different genres mixed into this one. It almost feels rock-ish with a tip of trance twinkled on top. You called it Cyberpunk glitch; if this is what that genre sounds like, I may need to dig deeper. Great work.
