on Yours Within -ft NanuNanu by ValveDriver

Synth Trap - takes us on a meandering, winding path to an emotional labyrinth. The vox peppered over the top really add to that sense of ominousness. Well-produced and fabulous guitarwork

LOVE your guitar work here - you carry the vibe v well

BaoBou replied 8th Dec 2025 - 10 months ago

Thanks a lot! I was at a market yesterday where they played a lot of 80s punk and rock... and in the train back I wrote this song in my little notebook. Sometimes songs grow bit by bit, but this one came out more or the way I wanted it.

A clever little song, delivered with real emotion

BaoBou replied 8th Dec 2025 - 10 months ago

It's a long time ago this track - very much a Steely Dan vibe. I've learned a lot since then but it's still a fun track. It needs fresh vocals though... I think I can do better today :)

on In Your Eyes by AlanMcLarenProject

Wow what a fabulous track - the vocalist is amazing and the music unfolds in a diverse, intriguing way - I felt there was some discrepancies with volume towards the end of the track with the vocal - but I am no expert.

AlanMcLarenProject replied 13th Dec 2025 - 10 months ago

Thank you for the kind comment, and yes this track would benefit from some more volume adjusments!
