Waaaaaah what a HUMUNGOUS guitar sound, like to have a peek at your settings Allen just as a matter of research of course. Monster chops going on here, loved Twanna's chant, hypnotic. Discovered her work back in the summer, gorgeous!! Much bowing in admiration you're another Looperman find, I'll be back.
Thanks H!
Sorry for the late reply but I've been moving...hate it!!!
I actually use a Zoom G2-1u fx pedal and my Tele but I have to say that I sent Twanna my parts and she produced and mixed the big guitar sound...she's awesome on every level and make's the guitar sound good on this, the credit goes to her and I really don't know what she does...I think I'll ask :)
Thank you for the great review!
Allen
Grooooovetastic MIM4E sits in there beautifully and sways another gem funny thing I was almost expecting a Carlo's wail towards the end, but it didn't need to. It's grrreat!!
It's a treat that she shares her voice with us.
I had a pretty decent solo in this but felt it took away from the groove.
thanks for listening/commenting,

One of the first things I wanted to do when Da Loop came back was to revisit yampaja, Betancourt was on my holiday playlist and still love it and have been trying to add it's flavor in to my own playing. You make amazing music, love the melody and motifs in Almost, music to uplift my day.
Somethings cookin' nicely nothing wrong with a gated snare in my book, sounds like a snip from a Jam and Lewis production...I bought most of there stuff in the day, hey somebody had to. Just keep doing whatcha doing Donly 1 and if y'need some funky guitar fills let me know.
Love how the textures come in waves...could interrogate you for hours on how you phrase with the midi guitar s'brilliant. Could swear I heard a patch from a Casio mini keyboard in there. Overall the soundtrack to Forbidden Planet the 2011 remake in 3D, I dug it lots.
Simply astonishing blues visionary and inspirational...I'm still shaking my head in disbelief of how good Betancourt is. Much clapping and bowing in not worthiness yampaja. Thank you for making the download available
Trust me your sense of space and phrasing make this like a prequel to Robert Johnson or blues from the future it's very special and I'm playing it all the time still shaking my head, wow!!
The voices told me to Play Track glad I did, dig your mellow groove, smooooove as you like, that syrupy Rhodes kills me. Tasty lines allllll the waaaaay through Da Bizzness my friend
Proper SOUL Music...I'm just knocked over by the piano working the changes and MIM4E floating through them. Coulda bin this coulda bin that, it's just gorgeous as it is que clapping noises
Glad I clicked Play Track this morning Mr Walrus funky as fark and love the (In the Key Of Funk). Been late to the Glitch and this vibe rocks for me, if you get chance could you mail me some of your fav artists to open my ears some more, I'll be checking your work over the weekend v.cool. I'm a big fan of Tipper and this is up there but that groove and flow make it schweeeetastic
super production Mr Beatl like Oh James a lot...had to be downloaded so I can work on my Bhutan Skank, will be looking out for future excursions in to Dub Karma
man were your b*lls out rockin' to "I'm gonna Eat" Your...sure sounded like it. Choc full of AWESOMENESS doooownlooooded and will be in my car as soon as possible, so I can sing it at traffic lights
Waterlily...Niiiiice has suggestions of movement in my head Tai Chi comes to mind but funky Tai Chi/Yogary hybrid lol if that exsists. Hypnoxotic there you go a new genre Saraswati, clapping sounds, more!!
Get outta town this must have David Fuze Fiuczynski in there lol awesome guitar. Bass line had me head bobbin, love to know how you recorded your bass great tone you have dude.
lol glad to hear that, who is David Fuze Fiuczynski?
This song is all loops done on Ableton's live 8. What I do is lay down the initial track drums, bass and backgroung sounds then line up all my guitar loops and play those over the track it takes a while because I have to know where everything is. Unconventional too most people do not use that program/DAW that way. I like to say I play the computer like an instrument.
You know when you try to identify with a sound, groove, vibe "What Leads Me To You" smacked me 10 seconds in...powerful ingredients. This had my complete attention all the way through much bowing and not worthiness djwazu a triumph or a yamaha lol my liddel motorcycle joke, I ride. Love a download dude
What a trickbag you have there jfw, killer tones n vocals I think the most contemporary blues I've ever heard. Get his on The Paul Jones Show bet he'd love it. Any chance of a download this is driving music...oh yeh that bass groovy baby
Thanks for the listen Hutch - much appreciated! If you want a copy of this give me a shout on my contact page with your email address and I'll send it over.
The chilltastic elements in April Chill are really benchmark here, took me away, completely and learnt a lot from it too. Ah man would be cool to have a download Larzcreative
...and when the Rhodes comes in aaaah slays me funkier than any fried chicken I've ever had. Lot's of not worthiness bowing to you Fila...Downloooooaded
My Man -Thanks - you know how to make a ole young man feel good and glad you enjoyed the tracks!! When I figured out the looping process I wanted to make sure anything I put out there was a complete song and I ENJOYED IT! I also changed the setting on this song to make it a download! ENJOY and thanks again for the reviews and listens a couple more in the can! Stay tuned Fila
Truly head and shoulders above anything on LooperWorld and we should be paying to come and see you. I hope your dreams are realized Twanna. This was beautiful.
I am truly blessed, H. Thank you so much for stopping by. I love sharing the gift I have been blessed with and one day, I will be able to share it on a much larger scale. All in God's time.

It's not that good is it? Really it was an accident.
My best stuff is accidental or serendiptitous. Hmmm
Not sure.
