Yea, nice chill out. Good one for a smoke. Although the stuttering vocal is a bit loud for me. Drums have a nice lightness to it. Instrument at the end is a great addition, is that a guitar maybe? Perhaps a koto or zither. Very nice track, what does the title mean?
Like the synths and melodies. I guess I can hear a bit of imbalance between the low frequencies. There a lil bit louder. Listening on headphones. Other than that, has great instrumentation. Digging the vibes. Also, I'll get back to you bout the beach waves track. Nice work. peace
Nice tune here. Sort of minimal work but has a great vibe to it. Sounds like a track that would play during a commercial. Gets a little repetitive but that may have been the goal and it's not really a obstacle. Still enjoyed it. peace
Thank you for the honest feedback :) felp with the future songs and this one was kind of a pretty quickly done track and would fith as a background music on a comercial etc. :D
Agree with the others. Been taking a break on dnb but I'll get back into it soon. Like the synths in this. Only gripe I had was maybe fade in the intro. Otherwise nice and clean mix. peace
Captivating once I press play. Has a really nice vibe from this intro...the guitar is pretty eerie. Dark. Sounds like I'm in a run down town with alot of trouble. Lone ranger type of feel to it. Great atmosphere to it, keep rocking bro. peace
That sample-based slide guitar instrument is just that. I've listened to it so many times, I can't really tell anymore if it sounds like a guitar. I have loads of delay on it and am using it like a synth pad. It's also going through a vocoder controlled by one piano.
"Great atmosphere to it, keep rocking bro."
I do keep rocking bro though not much in this one. But I guess 7:11-7:34 is quite rocking.
Glad you enjoyed my deep atmospheres and were happily captivated.
This is way too ironic. I uploaded a track in the weird genre a day after yours and we both have the word end in our song titles. Sorry, it's just too coincidental to ignore. Still ironic as well. But nice track, the quality isn't that bad actually. The piano I thought was great. Has a faded dissonance to it. If you make any adjustments I'll be sure to check it out. Good work! peace
Smooooooth piano. Lounging for sure. Dig this one KW, keep up the chill vibes. Something I haven't been doing lately. Sharing your track on Spiv's thread. Shout out Joefunk too, peace
there is a theory that relates notes to colors and I've been messing with that. the note values you come up with have +/- cents from the tempered scale we are used to. having said that, I went back and cleaned this one up for a better overall sound. thanks for the comment and look forward to hearing your recent stuff. Dan
Nice dark breakdown at the 1:05 mark. Piano sounds great. Clean sound to this one! Really like the gritty sounding reece synth too. Can't complain about much, going to share this on Spiv's thread. Keep up the dnb productions. peace
Great work here. Could hear this at some of these festivals out here in the city. Not really my cup of tea at the moment but nonetheless I enjoyed the track. Solid mix too. Keep it up, peace
Had to log back in for this one. Glad you allow a play without logging in or I'd probably would of skipped it lol Just had to comment. Feel slow for not hearing this sooner as i see I've commented on another one of your tracks. Dope work tho man, quality. Vocals are sublime. If I still rapped, I'd record to this. Anyways, keep it up. peace
The following are only suggestions. Take the "hard" vocal out maybe? Or don't have it go off at so many instances. (The other vocals too) The brass can be switched up. Add more to the beat with some hi hats and maybe rimshots. A chant or two maybe. Add some effects to the main synth to flesh it out more, I usually use a combo of chorus and if I'm on reason I use the unison tool. Maybe add another two minutes to it and change up the beat after the two min mark. Nice start, peace
Hearing more loops I've used before over the years. Nice, I'm also a Sagittarius too. 2015 will be the year of the Sagittarius' completely. Count it. Great work here, reminds me of when I made tracks with nothing but loops. You blend them nicely. Like it. peace
Niceee. I've come to the conclusion your music sounds like a circuitry board in musical formation. If that makes any sense. Really liked the sounds in this one. Technical. Great work, happy holidays. peace
Haha damnit. My friend once found a folder on my computer containing strings of code I wrote for an IT assignment back in high school, she was like "So this is where you keep your sheet music?". :/
Apparently I perceive my own music very different to how others do lol. Anyway i'm glad you like it! And happy holidays to you too! :D
Alright cool, was just making sure you was with the idea. Can you send the stems to miltown232@hotmail.com? Send me everything except the beat. Also details such as bpm, song key and whatever else I might need to know. Cheers!
Piano is just the best instrument to me. Can't go wrong with it. Definitely dig the usage of it in this beat. Kind of random but can I remix this? I can hear this becoming a pretty nice trap beat. Something dark. Let me know, message me peace
