I figure I would take a stab at it.
Those "clap" sounds are so over done you need to just plain
undo some or not use them at all.
Your choice of other instruments seems to be lacking so I suppose you have a purpose behind that - but I think you need more to fatten out the sound.
Take your time to really play it and hear whats going on in the track. maybe you can get a feel and not just toss in "claps" and "pops" for the hell of it.
Hip hop has evolved past this and its still 2010

why are the drums that you use in this so well not to punchy
sounding rather weak or cheap sounding not so polished.
Where is the bassline? Something has to carry this track over.
