on The Desert Sand ft cyberflares by theHumps
Unmistakenly theHumps, Wayne you know I think your vocal is great, I've always told you that, you always capture that edge I have often painted a picture for your tracks as I never found the word to describe it until now, it's been mentioned enough, nostalgic that's it nostalgic, your folking great man

Thanks man! Well I'm on the fence when it comes to my singing.

I have listened to a lot of folk music like John Prine and Townes Van Zandt and their stories are so real and they suck you in. I'm just trying to tell stories, about anything, lol. Sand, cars, girls, unfinished furniture...there's gotta be a story/song in most things we encounter in life.

I just heard Neil Young say that if you write about the mundane parts of life as opposed to what's trending in the world then you've done your job as a songwriter, your not doing what most people are flooding the airwaves with, you are being original.

bla, bla bla, lol

on X Files Prod By Legendary by IAmLegendary
Legendary I like this alot the piano melody is great the beat is red-hot, that gritty snare, like the hi hat coming and going the swish impact riser I love, I'm a fan of risers myself, can't beat a bit of swish woosh clang, a vocal would sit nice on this, I'm assuming hence the Collab request the outro is fire your sign off every track I'd be dropping that either beginning or end of everything :)

on Equinox Lost a friend by 0Equinox0
Beautiful song and deserving of your pet, it's clearly apparent what your pet meant to you, I'm assuming a dog, sorry for your sad loss, but the memories are there for you and you have a track to help keep them memories

Hey thanks man, yes it's difficult but she fought right to the very end. She gave me 13 of my best years and that's all I can ask for. Sorry to hear about what happened to you as well, loss can be very mentally draining, but it's important to remember what they meant to you.

Hey Michael great track mate when something is about a relationship if you've been involved or close you can right about it in a vocal and that's what we have here great mate, and I hope your well, I've written a song about my relationship and marriage, mine, Maj is mastering it for me, but I can sing about it not to good tbf but I've been through it so the words are right, this track appeals to me in a similar way hence the length watch out for it girl or thought you were the one, not sure yet, but back to this it's great and gets a fav definitely

on Trap Hip Hop - Prod Equinox by 0Equinox0
Hi mate, this is a really good sad sounding piece, it's emotionally charged with a synth that lights the melody the 808 and beat are hard as Banana said that snare is dirty, this was quite a pleasant surprise for me personally seeing your name in featured when I first joined looperman almost a year ago, I was niave wet behind the ears and unsure, my first track ever is still the only track of mine that means so much to me, but it was one of your accapellas. I called it cos your the one that's in my head it's the only track of mine I issued a number to it's always no 1 in my profile, I did put I link on your track comments too, it's not about a girl either as most would assume it's about a much more tragic event and how it's effected me personally, that's why it's special check it out, it would be nice to know what you think mate

Excellent work from three of my fav super talents here on LM there is so much happening in this track everything has its place that lead is fire, the instrumentation is quality finely mixed everything has its place creating a physcodelic frenzy that takes you on this journey Micky's vocal adds a funky edge in places

Great work, the intro is hot, them keys are thought provoking immediately, the rise and chord change leads your mind from dark and mysterious to hypnotic, the kickass beat just carries that feel

Hey Mark all your music meets my approval, it sounds wrong my first comment, I'm surprised how much I like JAZZ, not surprised how much I like yours, of course I like yours, your fresh a talent for sure and play the social part in our community too

kingmt77 replied 28th Oct 2021 - 4 years ago
dimestop, you are total encouragement to me. Thank you for the time you take out to listen, and your in-depth commentary. When you describe what you're hearing, you capture the essence of the matter totally. This feedback is necessary for me to heed so I can improve what I'm doing and also be of some assistance to any of our comrades. I believe we musicians were born with music in the innermost depth of our being, and that music must be expressed or we can be most miserable, and think of what our listeners are missing out on. Music is the language of life! So let's live. and speak music. Ok Im exiting philosophical mode! Be safe.

A great intro solo sax, jazzier feel as apposed to funk, I've surprised myself how much I like it myself, the transitions are so smooth, the keys being gentle and soft and a snappy beat snare and hi hat it all has its place and a nicer outro from you mark

on Banana Beat 01 by BananaLu
Banana loving the cross-cultural feel my brother, I picture your people dancing, similar to skipping just the material different bamboo as apposed to rope, being banged together, there's a happy bouncy feel to this, some what triumphant celebrating the return of a good harvest, great to here something original and different highlighting what your people bring to OUR planet

Thank you very much, your right it is part to say thank you to the nature gods. We are christian but mixed with a deep believe that god manifest in the nature. Most of the people in phillipines are poor, but we are happy to here in this world. We dont have nothing but we have our bodys to make music and as child you learn to sing and play an instrument. Thats why im so proud of my country. I can go in the street with my guitar and start to play and after 10 minutes everyone gathers around and we all dance and sing togheter.

on Trick or Treat by ripzore9191
Ripzore, great sounding track mate definitely dubstep, Skrillex, troyboi sounding synth work is great and the laughing. I painted a picture the young children giggling at the old wooden puppet with the clown face crudely stuffed unserimoniosly in a tub at the front of the fairground attraction whilst playing their supercool Nintendo's, things are about to change, as the colour drains from them as its head spin full circle and it's eyes open, unaided, then it laughs back, they not laughing now :))

Hey T that's a great intro on the keys,I was not expecting drums with FX, wow fire mate the synth pad and the manipulation is of the wall, there's a real drive and determination in the track, yet a sadness was felt too. The ending was sweet too. I knew you were a talent bro
