that was such a beautiful reply to my comment brother, i took a few days absorbing its message, and thankyou for your prayer, my aunt, my moms brothers wife, catholic and very devout and a beautiful woman inside and out, she has prayed for me many times, i do believe there is something in prayer, believe me, and i do question life myself, i survived a horrific road traffic accident at 13, people died, a young mother too, i was worst off out of the living, i was in a coma for 6 weeks , i have a scar on my chest 1/2 inch its shaped like a horse shoe, my lucky horse shoe i call it, it was the volume button on the stereo in the car as it crushed my chest, i was a passenger, i had my last rites read to me in hospital by a priest, I question why i survived and others didn't, it took almost 3 years to recover i had partial paralysis down my left side and i spoke like a 9year-old it was a tough time, physio 3 times a week, then mom walked out, two years later she was murdered. its no wonder my lyrics always show real hurt, i know what it really feels like, and i am so proud of myself what i have gone on to achieve, always worked, my own kids and grandkids and I'm not a bitter man at all either, i think i have been blessed enough in general even tho I've had hard battles, thanks for your caring reply

I appreciate you opening up like that, brother. Thats a heavy story to carry, and Im sorry you had to go through so much loss and recovery. The fact youre still standing, still creating, still present with your kids and grandkids says a lot about your resilience. I hear no bitterness in you, just honesty and depth. Respect to you for that.

Richard you are a respected member of our community and using loops is just another great way of showing what you can do, and the many different ways of being creative, i thought this also had an extra bit of style with its layers of natural sounds in the background and the guitar was a great shout, and fantastic to see you big-up that artist for his loop, little things like that make big impacts to people who upload loops and i think its the correct thing to do show appreciation massive respect, i also notice there is a different vocal chain used here slightly different, still a good listen, i'd recognize your work anywhere these days mate, your a good guy and always bring your message and positiveness to the community, what's not to like about that, we're kindred spirits brother and we use our music to show who we are as individuals. its 3.20 am, i retired just after midnight, i am in excruciating sciatic pain and had to get up for a warm drink, this has been the biggest battle I've faced for years, the last month, it WON'T win, offer a pray up for my recovery bruv, he might just listen to you your a true disciple
RichardShekari
RichardShekari replied 18th Jun 2026 - 3 weeks ago
You know, Paul, I first heard the word "sciatica" from my wife towards the end of her first pregnancy. Before then, I had never even come across the term. Trust me, as an African, words are only important to us when our survival depends on them, if you know what I mean. Looking back, it's possible she was dealing with a different kind of pain and figured that anything that intense had to be sciatica.

Anyway, I brought that up because when you mentioned it, I went and looked up the common symptoms. Man, just reading about it made me uncomfortable. If a few paragraphs can make me not want to continue reading, then I honestly can't imagine what it's like having to live with that kind of pain in your own body.

Now, I think you and I both know I don't have the power to heal anyone, and I don't believe any of us do. But I do believe the One who made us knows us better than anyone else ever could. So the best we can do is take our requests to Him honestly and sincerely.

After all, He said in Matthew 7:8 that everyone who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. To me, that means we don't have to approach Him timidly. We can come confidently and lay our burdens before Him.

After seeing your message, I pulled out my little worn-out Bible, the one I always run to when I need to hear His words. I read Luke 10:19 and Psalm 23:1-6 with you in mind. And since you invited me to pray along with you, I used your name specifically when I prayed. I asked the Lord not only to heal you, but also to walk with both of us and continue guiding us through this life.

Just so we're clear, I'm no pastor or priest. I'm simply standing with you in spirit, believing that God's healing isn't limited by distance, circumstances, or anything else. In a way, I read those verses as though I were Paul, the one dealing with the sciatica. Maybe when you have a quiet moment, you can read them yourself and spend some time reflecting on them.

I pray the Lord becomes your shield and your protection. I pray He takes you under His mighty wings and heals you in a way that leaves no doubt about where the healing came from. And when that day comes, not if but when, I hope you'll give Him all the glory.

One thing I've learned the hard way is that the secret to getting through life is found in the very name the world often overlooks: Jesus.

So that's my prayer for you, my friend.

Amen.

on Still can do it by RitajustRita
hello Mrs hope your good, thats a really nice beat and melody you got going on here, i've had a couple listens, its a lovely tune and the vox chop is really good, and i will be truthful i was expecting you to come in, so that was a surprise in itself but the track carries alone, so no worry, i haven't done much recently the pain I got just pisses me off as i can't concentrate, I'm still off work, and to be fair my first love is on TV, football and a World Cup, yeah i love music, but nothing compares to football, so its not all bad, it was a good start for us and then a couple nice listens here after the game, good work and always great to listen to, you can still do it Mrs and I'll be there with you for the ride.

Hello Mr. Dimestop.

I am sorry to hear that you are still in a lot of pain.
Rest well, accompanied by the World Cup or my music ofcourse lol

I can't manage to sing to this beat, but I have created a spoken word piece to it. You will probably hear it soon.

I don't care for the World Cup and only watch when my own country is playing.
I wish you a speedy recovery and lots of viewing pleasure, and thank you for your compliment.

nice guitars Robin, are you playing or is it loops, not that that is of any importance.
the vocal is a great fit, it's got something different, Kay sounds about right, when she say a lost feeling, the transitions are smooth too bruv and the track melody and beat are sweet its a charming and a relaxing listen, and to be truthful I'm feeling a bit lost myself with this pain I've got there is no relief 24/7, i need nerve block meds not a painkiller that give me no relief at all yet is considered the most addictive prescribed drug out there, been on it 4 weeks, give it another month and I'll be hooked and then i'll be classed as a Smach-Head with a bad back lol

well done Frans, you vocals, why not it was fun, that is what i like to see, if you enjoyed yourself thats all the matters and there is nothing wrong with your vocal, its original work brother, i always enjoy any track within our community where an artist is prepared to put up their vocal and stand up to be counted, i will always support any artist that is prepared to step out of their comfort zone, and whats not to like about this piece, two of our fav guys, nice share bruv, bravo you

Thanks Paul, I'm in a age that I no longer bother about future consequences. When I add vocals it's not to get famous, it's more as an example what it could become with the touch of real singers. I deliver the idea, for others to use it or not. ;)

on Modern by crucethus
sat here feeling sorry for myself, unbearable pain, it was nice to stop off and listen to this Steven, lets call it tri-ventional as its staged over three parts all linked but very much different the synth layering is impressive and the FX are cool, i liked that vox chop or it could have been a vocal synth effect around 1.13 it was cool, the drums are good and keep the tempo to the whole track with the perc elements adding body too, and i smiled at Marks guitar hero bagel reference, and was that pool balls banging together, that added just another layer of cinematics to the piece, impressive work in your unmistakable style my friend you know what being creative is all about, we have been friends for time and you where the first person to ever tell me i had something worth sharing, my lyrics, I credit you and a couple of others for giving me the inspiration to learn and stick with it, although i have had my breaks, I'm still here :-) and doing exactly what you said to me all them years ago, passing my experience on now, I learnt from people like you and you will always get a good review from me because yours were important to me when i first started, great work as always Cru

Pain suckks... I have great Knee pain and lovely neuropathy in my feet from Type 2 Diabetes. I am under great medication, and I do have some therapeutic remedies. But I understand the disruption pain brings to your life. Thank you for a very comprehensive dissection of my song. I appreciate that. " The first person to ever tell me I had something worth sharing," I wish someone had told you that long ago. I always knew that you had a story to tell, a feeling to express, and you were struggling to find that avenue. It's been my absolute honor to tell you that you... Yes, you had that always inside of you. I could hear that, I could see that. But it was in telling you that you had that, that you... Yes, you found that... You discovered the creative and the innovative voice that's been wanting to come out for a long time. I cannot tell you how incredibly proud of you I am for finding that inner voice and motivation. And now, look at you, now you're guiding the next generation of looperpeople to learn what you learned. As I get Older, I realize life is not always about how much you have got, but how much you have given. It's such a balance, and yet it's sometimes more rewarding for me to see the success of others as opposed to me. I get great satisfaction from seeing others comment on your work as inspirational. Never give up, never give in. You got this one, mate! I will always be your champion when you need it. Until then, carry on, I salute you!

on Must I Network with You by Kayos2
nice work Kay, its mischievous and cheeky but it's so true and I liked the comedic side and the way you delivered it as it adds to the whole mood and character of the track, your vocal is really good as is Oli's work, two good friends and a good duo respected within our community and Kay originality is not a word to be just given out, it has to be earned, we both study words, they have to be the right words also, not just because they rhyme, your lyric's are original and tell a tale, well done, you are an original lady, I have enjoyed watching and hearing how you and Oli have grown together with your work, and your enjoyment is clearly visible with the standards you both bring, bravo team Vintage

hello Robin, great tight fit melody and beat, good use of the percs, its your own style of trap too, music has so many genres of genres nowadays,
take you and Aaron, your mates and collab but your styles are so different side to side and both good listens of course, this is so good with a great balance right through, nice listen as always for me. now to the serious stuff,

it'll be a late night tonight I expect is it a 2am kick-off, I know coverage starts at 1am on TV, I'll be watching myself as I love football, hope you get a great start, I'll be supporting you lad's and cheering a win, The world Cup is the Biggest sporting tournament by far, bigger than The Olympics for me, not that The Olympics are 2nd rate, but that's more self glory, The World Cup is a team event, and team events are much harder to win, my first was 1970 and I have watched everyone since, seen all games so far lol, nothing to talk about other than 3 sent off first game, crazy, and off course we'll bottle it as we always do, the weight of that Jersey

great work Paul, great build up to the drop then it explodes into life, written in the stars is a great line and title, everything is written in the stars, we live in the age of Pisces and are moving into the age of Aquarius but as astronomical shifts happen incredibly slowly there will be centuries long overlaps in time periods, i don't know how i missed your track this week :-) nice job mate

on Division - Pnnywze by Pnnywze
bro your reply got me thinking, Looperman have all the classic genre styles in there menu, now the brain-wave,
genres and sub genres are added to music all the time,
why not have a custom genre box as the first choice, where you can add your own, the artist can best reflect their piece that way, it wouldn't be difficult to add it, I like 'Sludge Trap' I get it a sludge of froth comes overflowing from them industrial pipe vibes you have bruv, it was just a thought

and i listened again of course, that bass is dirty bruv
Pnnywze
Pnnywze replied 12th Jun 2026 - 4 weeks ago

hard Aaron, got all the Pnnywze signature style stamped throw it bruv is dark and foreboding, great beat too and the industrial vibe is there but its got a trap vibe also, love them alternating high melodies and the bass is thunder, nice bro, keeping real

Pnnywze replied 12th Jun 2026 - 1 month ago
Hey Paul, it gets increasingly difficult to classify some of these tracks, man. Someone looking for a straight trap beat will hear this and be like nope, that ain't it. Same on the industrial side. I just call it sludge trap. But there's no entry for that genre...yet lol. Im glad u like it, I've got more like it coming

on Each New Day by RichardShekari
brother, this is a different vibe from you, EDM, I never imagined it, but you always come across good anyway because you bring your truth always and your message too, lots of people pray, lots play music too, some choose to put both together like you and deliver your message in song and i'll be truthful, I listen to the messages delivered this, it makes more of an impact on me, far more than a church monologue would, i admire you, and your honesty and the fact you want to show your love your way, you turned me into your listener, you have wise words that only wish to spread love and peace, continue on your mission bruv, the world needs huge help, it is on a knife edge at the minute, i can feel the tension everywhere, but i can taste it also these days
RichardShekari
RichardShekari replied 12th Jun 2026 - 1 month ago
You've given me a lot to think about with this message, bruh. I'm deeply grateful that you take the time not only to listen to the music, but also to hear the heart behind it.
We certainly live in challenging times, brother. I believe that when we're willing to share our struggles, our battles, and how we overcome them, we give hope to others who may be walking the same road. Our victories become signposts, showing that there is a way through the darkness.

Ironically, many of these songs encourage me as well. Sometimes, listening back to them reminds me of the very things I was trying to express when I wrote them, and somehow they help keep me going too. In a way, I'm often preaching to myself as much as anyone else.
Much respect, my brother.

I expected nothing less bruv, very cinematic, it has a dystopian feel, it gives a feeling of fear or dread of a huge journey or trek in front of you, just open sandy land and mountains, couple trees and bare mountains and climbs the landscape is bleak and barron, no other person in 1000's miles, and theres the idea for your movie bro, only takes one listen of the soundtrack to start a creative mind ticking lol

Thanks man! I really appreciate it. Yeah, I thought about stretching it out to 3 minutes but I figured I would rather have a really solid 2 minutes and not have it get repetitive. I also am so bad at telling different genres apart, so youre probably right that its more trap. Thank you so much!

Juan her YouTube vids show her performing at gigs with her band in front of thousands, she has a team behind her, she is the front and center of her band and i have also had the pleasure of working with her studio in Berlin direct myself, i know how real this girl is she has nothing to prove, she has been in the buisness 20 + years and gets paid for commercial products, she also pays her way too.
we had a forum page long time ago where we could discuss things like this, you know, like adults LM removed them even tho 90%+ wanted them to remain, your comment section just took its place for a bit, she is fine, lets all get back to the music and building friendships, I want everybody both male and female to feel safe from attack in our community.

Hi Paul!

I know, I've seen Manuela and her band's posts, their live performances, and from the comments in this community, I know how many years she's been sharing her work with you all.

But even if that weren't the case, what matters to me is people, how they treat me, and how they behave towards me. From day one, Manuela went out of her way to give me advice, explain things to me, and basically dedicate her time to me. And in this life, time is the most valuable thing we have, because the time we dedicate to others we'll never get back. That's why what's important to me are people, how they treat me, and Manuela, like everyone else, has treated me from the beginning with courtesy, respect, and dedication.

I've often heard songs that sounded like AI, but if they were, they're just fooling themselves, not me. I simply listen, and if I like it, I comment, and if they don't reply (as sometimes happens), well, I don't comment again. I believe that courtesy comes first. I don't understand the direct attack, the radical accusation, when these are things that I believe can't be proven. I'm no expert; I can't comment on AI or sound editing procedures, but I do understand education, harmony, and letting others live in peace. It would be different if I were being scammed, if someone were selling me a Goya and it was a photocopy; then I would appreciate being warned. But this isn't the case here. Nobody is profiting at anyone else's expense, which is why I don't understand it.

I discovered LM by chance, and although I had never been part of a chat room or community, I signed up to thank Odarka for her acapella. And when I saw the welcome you all gave me, I began to feel comfortable among you, because of the good harmony and familiarity that was conveyed here.

As I've already said below, I don't come here to read about conflicts or tensions. I want peace in my life and to be able to relax when I come here, like I have been these past three months. I already have enough stress in real life. I hope harmony, peace, civility, and respect for others will return.

Best regards, Juan Carlos
