Thanks friend! This is one of my favourites too, which is why it got placed as track one on my new album! Your reviews make me smile, and I'm honoured by the fave!
I should have quite a bit of fun remixing this one. It has that nice quirky bounciness to it, your music really reminds me of early Aphex Twin tracks in so many ways.
I'll see what I can come up with, this should be interesting!
Thank you so much! Being compared with Aphex is a big compliment! I'm really glad you liked this track, and I'm eagerly awaiting your remix! Thanks for the review and fave!
This one is lovely, probably my favorite track from you so far! I like that it's a bit sad without being too much of a downer, all of the subtle little ambient sounds blend together quite nicely!
You're getting really good at this, I'm impressed!
Sounding great so far! Just crank the drums up a bit and then you've got a winner, lol.
I love the double tracking on the vocals, that is a really nice touch; I believe it's the first time I've heard you do that, you should do it more often!
You better believe I will be back to do some more listening real soon.
Ha ha, here it is! Just as kick-ass as I remember it too, lol.
This is probably one my favorite songs on this site, honestly! Those drums are as ferocious as a pack of hungry Raptors, they sound just plain dangerous!
Excellent vocoder work! I have such a hard time taming that finicky BV512 but you make it seem so easy. And I see that you are just like me in the sense that everything you upload is a never ending work in process, lol! Oh well, perfection takes time and patience!
One thing that immediately struck me was the "punchiness" of the track, I've been using Reason for more than 2 years now and I just can't seem to get my tone to "pop" like that. Care to enlighten me? lol.
Wonderful track, you could just about get away with copying/pasting the first half to simply double the length and voila! No longer a work in progress, lol.
I'm looking forward to hearing more from you, but I really need to go to bed now... so tired!
Hello and again sorry for the late reply. I'm glad you like the pitch change I did. It drove me a bit mental trying to change the vocal without loosing too much quality and adding nasty frequencies. I just accepted it eventually. lol and yes! My stuff is never finished. I am hoping one day something will click and i'll discover i can finish at least one track!
I'm not quit sure now how I make it punchy... Just neverending changes to the EQ, compressors and limiters. I have really bad habits that I have conjoured over the years from trying to work out things on my own. SOMETIMES, they work :p
Hehe yes, I might try that! Although, I think I may have lost this track with lots of others when I had to format after some curruption on the drive :(
Thanks again for listening. And sorry for not replying sooner.
This reminds me of some of the RPG's that I used to play, (I still play them actually, lol) like when you go to the castle to see the king you know? Good call, maybe I'll be playing games with your music in the soundtrack one day, lol!
I just love how original you are, it really makes you stand out from the crowd.
Thanks! I really enjoyed making this piece. It was inspired a lot by my big sis, who plays the trumpet, as well as a lot of video games. I'm glad you liked it.

Gabby, my cousin, and I have been noted for being Half Brains! Though she's only a year older than me, we really get along.
We're actually doing a new vocal piece now! I'll make sure to tell you when we have it up!
I really like the swish of those cymbals, kind of reminds me of nice heavy rain actually... then you top it off with a Rhodes piano one of my personal favorites.
This is a really nice first effort, keep it going! I'll be checking out the other 2 tracks real soon.
I can practically see the rainy cobblestone streets when I listen to this, nice and gloomy sounding. Looking forward to hearing the rest of the series!
One of my Tascam's was a 3-track, too as the previous owner had spilled beer into it. It's amazing just how far the technologies gone in a relatively short time (and if we look at geologic time, it's quite insane).
So delighted to see your presence on this site, Koukotsu. You are most welcome here!
Egypt gives me the creeps for some reason... mummies, scarabs, camels... brrrrrr! But I must admit I enjoyed this one! This really reminds me of some of Joe Satriani's more tasteful tracks, the balance between flash and substance is fantastic!
I've missed quite a bit since I've been gone it seems!
Lovely! The perfect "chillin' by the poolside" track, lol. Talented generous people like you are the reason I stopped paying for music a long time ago!

Reminds me so much of Aphex Twin, the glitchy drums especially.
I tried FL Studio once and just couldn't get my head around it, lol! You seem to be coming along nicely with it though!

I love the way you've combined familiar Dubstep elements with some very original sounds of your own.
I also like combining harsh abrasive tones with soft melodic ones, lol.
Consider me impressed!
I'm sure I'm not the first to think of it >_>

The clap/snares sound just a tad bit to loud to my ears, but it could just be these headphones I'm wearing, lol.
This one has a ton of potential, please finish it soon!

I really love the use of dissonance after the 3 minute mark, it gives it kind of an eerie vibe temporarily.

I had an old Yamaha 4 track cassette recorder at one time but it quickly became a 3 track recorder after I spilled tea on it, oops! :(
I'm so glad to see that you are still contributing to the Loop, this place just would not be the same without you!
And no, I'm not worried about points at all! Thanks for the download as well, my Ipod will be blasting this one for months to come, lol
