I love Status Quo, bro. Not only are they the longest surviving rock 'n' roll band in the world, in my humble opinion they are the best. So, it was only fitting that I pay homage to my roots.

Thanx very much for posting the loop I used for the chorus. It fit perfectly and gave a more modern, updated feel to the "classic rock" tone of the tune.

My next post will probably be the Metal track I've been working on which is built (so far) exclusively around several of your heavier loops.

has some cool independent rock flavor which makes it pretty charming ... like Briclayah said, the lo-fi is a plus in this case!!

the mix could be more balanced ...
cool bassline added, sounds almost like the peter gunn theme ...
the ending is pretty weird, first I thought that's a different song, but obviously it's a bridge ... lol ...
I like this track, I bet you had much fun while creating it!!

this has a lot of potential ... atm it's just a bit too repetitive, some variation would be good, some breaks, one or two different parts (chorus, bridge) ...
so far I like what I hear!!!

hmmm .... I would add a harder bassline to it, as it is the bass sounds more like out of a dance track than industrial ...
other than that it's a cool track, drum work is great, the production as a whole too ...

Thanks for the reveiw man! I wasnt really trying to make an industrial song but it has sorta shaped into one. Thats why I put it uder the industrial genre. I really would rather not label the track genre wise but had to. lol. What do you suggest bass wise? I dont even know where to begin.

hmmm, you're right, there's an issue with the volume, maybe there was a problem while rendering it ... I would render it once more ...
apart from that it's a very very nice and smooth track with a little bit of bass'n'drum flavor, but still chilling ...

very cool riff, but some timing issues here and there (no mistakes, playing could be just a little more tight ...)
and I miss a bass!!
but all in all it's a pretty good track, great licks in there, good breaks and cool leads ...

guitar sound could be improved, but I guess that's more a question of equipment, so it shouldn't matter atm ...

Yeah, I was amazed at how awesome the choir sounded in the mix. As for the guitar sound, I don't think it's a matter of equipment, my guitarist uses a GNX 4 processor and a post lawsuit 1970's Ibenez flying V guitar. Any ideas on how to change it to give it a more crisp sound would be appreciated, though.
