Nice job with the piano Koukotsu! Sounds nice without the guitar and just the piano(i just love the piano). You two work well together, look forward to more collabs.
Thanks Wayne, the guitar was slightly off tempo sometimes cause I recorded it first without beat or metronome.Think it sounds nice with Koukotsu's piano.
Cheers

The flute tracks sound pretty cool with the beerin-bow, quite a unique sounding instrument. You certainly have a style all your own, glad you could share with us!!
Hey Denz, nice to hear a new track by you. Typical coolness as usual. I can't believe that's a dulcimer and not an electric!!
WCUW playing your songs? They have some of my old, old stuff there they used to play from time to time.
Let me know if you play out in the area and I'll come and see you!! Faved and downloaded!!
Nice track and really liked the messege, living in the now, mindfullness, knowing what the self is. Great job mixing the vocals, nice tone, effects. Excellent!
Hi LuFa. I must first say that Trance is not a genre I listen to a lot but I must say that I like this. A lot of energy in this track, very upbeat and left me wanting more. Wished it was longer. I also liked how you slowed it down at the end. Nice track!
Really great song. The piano track is very well done. I loved your vocals, you have a pretty good singing voice. Nice track. I'll be checking out some more of your music for sure.
I loved your story about this song in the description. Kinda dark and menacing and I like the sounds you used to create this.
I'm trying to picture zombie arms at McDonalds and how everyone mut have reacted to them in public, lol. The whole event at the park must have been a hoot!! Wish I saw that!!
LOL, ya, they did publish a couple of pictures in the Montreal Gazette with the story, on page 2 no less, of the Sunday issue. I remember that clearly enough, but I forget things like to bring home cat food when asked - oh well, back to zombies ...
I agree with planet on this. You have a great base for something to add to. I think a melody of some sort would def help, just keep it honest. Maybe more on the lines of a great hook played sparingly or a few accent instruments. There is a lot going on already that's pretty cool, don't just cover it up!
Hey Wayne - I think your advice on a "hook played sparingly" is what I'm going to try next. My great concern has been that any additional melody will cover up what's already there, and your advice is the way to prevent this (experiments with synths have validated the cover up fear). Ultimately, I think I'll have to re-record this one to do what I'm beginning to imagine with it. Thanks for the listen and sound advice!
This is pretty sweet. The background music behind your awesome guitar playing really adds so much. Another beautiful song by you, love your guitar playing, wish I had your skills!!
I like this, it is catchy. Are you planning to do any more to this track? I was hoping some more instruments came in as the song progressed. I liked it as is, though. I liked the woman's voice and how you used it.
thanks for the review. i wish i could hear it the way you do... every time i listen to it i just hear the goofs and problems i had making it. i bet it's that way for most, though.
hey wayne,
i've heard about you from Frenchkid. Honestly, i don't remember what i did with my vocals here when i edited it...I just listen to what I do and when I feel that I like it, I go for it.. Thanks anyway for taking time to listen. Marius actually did the job on the drums and everything.
wow, thank you for the suggestion, I've been looking for a wonderful mic for ages. Thanks a lot, I really do appreciate it. Once again, thank you for taking time to listen to my tracks... A great pleasure, especially that I've heard nice things about you and your music...
God Bless,

Well you certainly succeded at creating an industrial song here. There are some interesting sounds in this song that I liked. Liked the sound of the kick, powerfull. I think this would sound good with some kind of vocal track on it, NIN type thing, my opinion.
This song has a very world/middle eastern feel to it and I'm really digging that sound lately. I wish this song was a bit longer, I was getting into it when it stopped, not many songs I can say that about. The vocal track fits nicely(wonder what he is saying?) You have quite a unique, distinctive sound that totally impresses me at every listen!!
Hey Wayne - thanks for the review on this one! Actually, this was a 'discipline' experiment for me, and the first of my tracks created following the "radio play" length rule. I agree - it really should be longer, and it's one of 2 or 3 that are on my list to go back to an create the extended remix version. The difficulty is that it's more fun to create new stuff instead! Glad you enjoyed this one! Cheers.

I recommend this mic for recording vocals, a relatively inexpensive condensor mic:

I own the Perception 200(now the 220), a little more expensive. Both require 48v phantom power. You won't believe how clear and clean these mics are.
I'm gonna check out moreof your songs, love your voice!
