Jupiter's moon Europa with methane rivers, yes I know it. Nice track for sure Zootman. Love the buoy sound that dings in. It seems we are ahead of our time, maybe NASA or Musk seeks this out for when they are going to the moon to conquer it. Maybe they are mistaken in for some signs of alien life right now. Maybe the Men in Black will knock on your door sometime soon.
The vocals fit so nicely over the track. Did you build the track around the vocals or was it just a great match as soon as you laid the acapella over the instrumental? Disco is always super chill, and non-intrusive I think I could listen to a lot of it.
Thank you!
Ha, the story is funny: I have something like a hundred unfinished projects (that's not even exaggerating), and for most of those I have short clips of say 1:00-1:30, bits that are not terrible but miss something: some spark, some surprise, some twist, a vocal, etc.
I regularly download some to my phone to use as alarm or phone. This one was my kitchen timer :D
So when I was going through the acapellas (which I rarely do) for inspiration and heard Melvatron, I knew right away it was a straight fit. Well, straight... I rearranged and expanded the track, cut up Melvin (sorry), added a break, some instruments, the backing vocals of Charlotte, some fresh drums and hey presto, it was done ;)
Easy peasy lemon squeezy as we say in London!
I love the instrumental and the vocals are a nice colorful touch, it kind of reminds me of the opening scene of -Apocalypse Now-, when the Doors are playing and Martian Sheen is losing his mind.
This is brilliant. I love the sax. Jazz is not something I listen to pretty much unless I am at my grandfathers house. Haha. Or when I'm on looperman. Gave it a favorite.
John, ok so yep, just segway on over and put a smile on grandpa’s face by playing jazz on that piano you have LOL! I really appreciate you stopping in and giving me feedback on this track. Also the fave is not taken lightly. Have an awesome and safe weekend.

Excellent track, psychedelic seems like what I would call it. Definitely something to head bang too. The vox are a great touch, its like three songs in one.
I don't know what to say. It looks like everybody said it already. Kind of a nostalgic vibe I am getting. You have got me thinking of the opening scene to a bugs life.
Hey Johnnie - thanks for listening - its a small and gentle piece largely using the modular synths to shape the sound - I did title it Bee because I could see a bee buzzing between the flowers as this played : )
I'm Chillllin baby. Those synths sound nice. For some reason it makes me think of a ball game. Maybe that's because I'm in side trapped by two feet of snow.
Ahh, Boston. My fav city in the US. 544 Tremont st Addis Ababa had the best Ethiopean but sadly closed, or I remember Drinking in the Sam Adams brewpub in the Phoenix, while I was wearing an IHL Kc Blades Jersey, the bathroom was in the Hotel, and I distinctly laughed when the swanky couple walking behind me said. ¨He must be canadien¨. At the time I wasn´t but ironically now some 27 years later I am a Canadien having married one, and moved to Quebec. Artu, Italien, Redbones in Sommerville. Gawd I miss that Nawlins style BBQ! And maybe this song belongs at a ballgame, I will take two Fenway franks any day! I caught a game in 95 (Rangers-Bruins) at the old Gahden when Moss still grew on the ceiling in march. Thanks for checking in and don´t be a stranger. Boston people and Worcester people have been some of the kindest people I have encountered. I would gladly pay forward a Dunkin Donuts Coffee for yah mate!
Nice mix. Definitely a super dark vibe. I would say let me put some lyrics over it but I do not want to be known as the "scary rapper" nonetheless this was still a very entertaining listen.
Thanks for the support! The vocals are not original as I got them off splice. They are from the ( Platinum Hybrid Trap ) sample pack and are originally in G# minor. All I did was pitch them up and add some EQing and some reverb.
I just posted my first track in over a year. Figured I would come check it out again. I always have enjoyed the feedback the population on this website brings.
Very nice track. Reverse instruments are always trippy and sometimes euphoric. When you leave them on their own, they can sound creepy. Nice job.

The vocals sound clean. A loaf of bread, cannot go wrong there.
