I really love the alternating instruments in this one.
Pretty hard for me to explain in English but the bass sound and the synth kinda sound almost never play together..

The breakdown (with the chords) takes a little long for my taste and the sidechaining sounds a little 'too much' at times..
but overall it's really pretty good ;)
btw: is this the track where you used one of my loops? cuz I couldn't really recognize any of my sounds in it lol..
You actually hear your loop without realising because it's the kick,I checked up the loop (just to make sure) and it's a 128bpm Electric kick ^^

the strings and sax are very very nice as well
The bassline, the piano and the synth work so well together which makes this a real composition (rather than just a 'production')
Just one thing: Don't know if it works but I think you should give the piano a little bit more reverb (just in the intro) it sounds a little dry to me... Mixed with the rest it sounds great though,
