Some thoughts for sharing.

I'm guilty as charged being conservative pushing vocals and the fine line.
I had no choice but to pay full attention preserving vocal in-full-spectrum to blend in phase with the arrangement and felt was on the money; however, I do have plenty to increase. before anything may i ask narrowing needing just sweetness or full tilt?.... what are your monitors?.
I use Adam Audio which are top-shelve. They made their mark using Ribbon Tweeters and is unique. Ribbons are unforgiving and miss nothing!.
Knowing what you listen as reference in comparison, teaches and tells allot, "real world". appreciate and encourage conversing... Sal

Hey B, I felt that for a long time, but after 5 minutes of trying it I love it. If In the end, it's just a tool. I view it as a collaborator who, admittedly, does all the heavy lifting, but in doing so allows me to make ridiculously better music. My process always involves me putting something creative into my AI music, sometimes it's remixes of old songs I've done, and sometimes it's an instrument track, or maybe just lyrics, but I am doing more than just pushing buttons. It still fun and exciting for me using AI, and in the end I wind up with even better music to listen to. It also inspires to me practice more, and it increases my level of musical knowledge. You should give it a try, you may like it less afterwards but you may also find a use for it that fits your process. Good luck with it B :-)
