I got my internet start in the Goth scene...not that im Goth,but alot of the music I made back then,was alot more Dark/Goth/Industrial,and it I had a fair big Goth following.
Goth-Step is still pretty big,but there isnt alot going around right now. Could be time to light a fire under its ass and get Goth-Step back up and running.

And, never played to Castlevania, but I watched someone who was playing that game... Seriously I should have known its existence when I was kid O_o, the music is so entertaining xD !
Nice work..really like the premise and story behind the track. love the drums.they definitely give the sense of a chase through the woods. I can certainly visualize the camera panning quickly past the trees,to catch brief glimpses of the girl,attempting to evade her invisible foe.
The track is solid,as it is. if anything-the only thing I might do is maybe add a couple dark breakdowns to build suspense,almost as if to say the girl stopped running suddenly,as if she fell or lost track of her persuer,and then back into the chase...

I agree with you, dark breakdowens would be very interesting. I'll take a look as soon as possible and try to add a new drum kit (I found one that look like someone breathing).
Love the subtle nuances. Love the somber tone,that isnt too overbearing,but still leaves room for light at the end of the Dark Corridor.the chimes playing thru from start to finish,give it that drone effect,that keys you in and keeps it locked. Dig the keys,drums,and guitars. But (being the type of person that is always looking for that certain sound of subtle movement to latch onto),I'm really diggin that vox element and the panning on that lil clicking sound...but im kinda kooky like that.lol.........Great Work
I would say thats a perfect review, because it sums up every little effect and element i had in it. Some people tend to listen to the music as a whole, and some people shops up the music or tune in their heads and starts to listen to the small things that makes the difference in the end. Seemes like we have a lot in common (so far:) )

Very interesting time signatures in this track.its odd how everything fits together,but it definitely does,once ya adjust to the timing.It has a mesmerizing trance feel to it.the change up at around 2:20 adds a nice transition into the mix.it kinda sounds like a Vanguard trance gate synth in there.Nice Work...Cheers!
Great chill vibe.lovin the ambient sounds in the background. The beat has a clean mellow feel and the synth and pads add the perfect compliment to an already great track. big fan of chill.this definitely has a cafe del mar feel to it. Great track...Faved for sure.

I know what you mean about getting burnt out. One time I took about 5 months off without doing a single track. I'm glad I did too, for when I came back I was new and fresh! lol

Funny you mention that, because originally the thought of it having a bit of Latin flavor hadn't even occurred to me. Though on relistening I totally hear it too. Haha, unintentional fusion of styles there (bonus points, haha). Am glad you enjoyed this mate.
