on Downpour by The_Hollow_Project
great uplifting sound, its crying out for a female vocalists, to totaly nail it like you said...would like to hear a full length version with a breakdown, where i think you could really start to gather momentum with the uplifting sound... perfect for the vocalist to come into their own starting from a whisper gradually getting louder until the peak.

is there no gals at your uni that could do that for you??? perhaps put out a few emails around the uni, if theres not any gals on your course im pretty sure their will be some on other courses...seek and thee shall find.
ive looked at a few utube videos on your uni(music courses)and it looked more engineered for live musicains or sound engineering whats it like for MT production?

thnx for your review i totally agree with your suggestions but the problem with getting a vocalist at my uni is that i quit lol i the course was to classical and the production side was a bit wacky...they were showing songs made from complety from noises a train made at 9am in the morning not good after going on the rip and having 3 hours sleep just before class lol which isn't for me so I've applied to LIPA and Hope University. Though my girlfriend has agreed to do vocals for my tracks its just the matter of getting some decent recording equipment for a cheap price. Thanks again for your suggestions ^^

on The NEED by highz
nice groove bud would like to hear some breakdowns which has some drum builds as it comes back in and maybe use some reverse cymbals, only as a personnel preference, got my head boppin this one got potential and defo worth investing some more time into this one using a few more production tecniques to make it gel together better, but the concept is a gud un, give us a shout if you do any more to it as id like to hear it... i use nuendo also wikd programme especially when using the rewire... bones

on The Guardian Angel by GameboiX
the synth line was the highlight of the trak for me,maybe change the synth line by tweeking the actual sound or use a fresh patch that is similar and bring one in and the other out and morphing the sounds together and layering it(only a suggestion and can work as well as effects sometimes... get up and dance for sure...girls can be a great inspiration, belive i know and am feeling ja bud...keep up the gud work+gud luck

on The Real Deal by brandonjames
lovin the dark vox goes well with the trak,, nicely arranged, gud 2 see u going down the long hard road of making your own loops...see on your profile you use roland 808/303, i had a mc909 my 1st piece of kit and its out of this world especially to mix your own tunes live and the synthesis possibilities are 2nd to none and if your finding 303 limiting it may be worth considering the 909, retails at £1200 but you can pick them up for £300/£400 and is worth every penny in my eyes....enjoyed your traks and reminded me of a time dear to my heart in the evolution of dance music

Thank you for the review, not no I dont have tb303, I have an mc-307 it has all of the sounds from the 808-909-303 systems plus all of the reverbs, multi fxs, and delay systems. its a pretty sweet little groovebox. and I also have the origanal 808with the kicks, hh, snare and crashs.
thanks again for the review

coz this trak took me on a journey, things can look fresh after a break sumtimes and when u return for something your passionate about it can seem all the sweeter, and this trak was delicious ma friend. i myself am in a barren spell as far as production goes and im looking for that something to add a little spice, that bit of inspiration or meaning to it all. by the way TRYING TO MAKE MUSIC and actually making music as you have are two different things, enjoyed the trak, would like to hear some more...

on DeAtH NoTe!!!!!! by Orihime
your voice does'nt sound that bad tho the timing and quality of recording is off... i think with a bit of guidence and training in how to project yourself and a sound engineer to bring out the best of your voice and delivery, you could improve greatly, you've got some good ideas there and with maturity you will evolve, jus keep practicing and try to find a mentor
