I think others have offered the same suggestions I would have, with that being said, I think this version sounds pretty cool, I really like your voice with this, and the guitar is done really well. Keep it up, make a few tweaks and it will be great.

Vocals are a little thin, but other than that this track is fantastic, if you can fatten up the vocals you will be a really great track. You can try doubling the vocals up and panning hard to the right and left, and eq a little as wayne mentioned. Nice job on the guitar, great lyrics, nice voice.
