Ahhh the 90s. Loved the 90s. Nice take on this song. Soft touch. If I had to describe this I would say "The time Jewel covered Oasis" lol if that makes any sense. Anyway, enjoyed the cover and impressed with your singing. Cheers!
The soundscape is fantastic, does sound a bit like some shit they might play around the holidays as Christmas music in Menards or some shit. lol just my take not trying to be a dick.
Ableton Live 9 Suite with a few plug ins on guitar and Master track. Using T-Racks Vintage Comp 670 and Prog EQ 1A on both guitar tracks.
Also another which you may find very useful for the sort of EQing I'm talking about called 'bx cleansweep V2' which was part of a free package from 'Plugin Allliance'
Check it out, it's very user friendly and easy and just the thing for the sort of subtractive EQing I'm talking about.
That slayer plugin for FL lol. Ive played around with it a bunch always came out all weird.
I think the highlight of this (for me anyway)was the variation in your drums.
We work in FL also. Would you be willing to try out composing some drums to an existing track we have? See what you can come up with type of shht. If it fits nicely maybe you could send over the piano rolls and I could punch em into AD. lease let me know if you are interested.
