on Cop1Cat - Our Life by AnalogDisc

Beautiful Guitar Lead... I think some light and warm pads would've been icing on the cake behind it... The arrangement is tight! And loved the bassline.. Nice variations done at the later part of the song with Arps... Some notes go Lil off though.. loved the portion were only arps are being played.

Overall, a great listen my friend!

I`m holding the pads for the deep mix to give some exclusivity and trying to add some vocals in it plus need to remaster and redoing the mixing now for this one, because I think it`s messed up a little. Notes not going off the instrument(s) playing the same notes, but they are the plugin called Massive and still learning to use properly!

Well i heard this in the 'Morning' itself... and it was a right thing i did... Loved every bit of it! Beautiful Lyrics & Awesome Vocals. I dont know why i feel a lil processing could've been done in the vocals... and the climax of the song could've been a little better.. but yes.. only a personal view. Overall a wonderful track!:)

Firstly, Pretty nice title... loved everything about the song!! Every Musician is beyond awesome... Being a producer i feel, there are those rare songs where you lose yourself in while listening and avoid seeing the technicalities of it... this is one such song.

We are working on a new track as we speak. It's kind of a funky Latin thing titled, "Zoe, You're Going To Brazil," so look for it in a week or so.

Hey there, thank you for the kind comment! I don't really listen to this genre either I guess, as I've never heard a song that quite fit the aesthetics before. It seems to have had a polarizing effect on the listeners though, so I guess I succeeded in that respect. I really appreciate you stopping by to listen and leave your words!

Lovely Track! And i second that Larry! Better mix will take this track to a whole new level... Also I just think a lot could've been done in the rhythm part in terms of clap samples or -interesting Hi-hats... Your bass-line is kick-ass and i feel the rhythm is somewhere not doing justice to it... The lead came as a good surprise at 4:20.. Nice variation that was... and loved the ending too. That Nexus piano sample needed little processing though.. but overall.. A Wonderful track!

Thanks Ether! You made a great point about making the rhythm parts more dynamic. Adding more dynamics to the drums will probably boost this track to a higher level. Right now, I think I only used three hihat samples and a basic clap rhythm, so these tips are making me think.

Loved the intro... soft & dark at the same time. I Totally agree with Extraball about pink floyd'y vibe, loved the feel... and the mix is good. Only i feel if drums could have been lil boosted. Overall a wonderful track.

After you mentioning the drum levels I listened again, and you were right. They needed to come up a bit. So, I boosted them just a touch. It sounds good here now. Thanks for suggesting it. I'm glad you liked the track. I'll swing by your page and check out your work in the near future.

Nice Track! Its Dark & Ambient... i think there could be some kinda rhythm added... But its just a personal feeling... :)

I hardly listen to country music... (Only John Denver so to speak). But this was a lovely track, with a nice arrangement. Liked the violin part a lot.

I liked the Tone selection for each instrument, especially the piano tone... Loved the way 'Kick' kicks in.. and yes.. Brilliant arrangement!! Pretty intrersting track this is...

Lovely guitars.. And a Lovely composition too.

I would like to mention the guitar processing done at 1:48.. Beautifully thought & executed!

Some of the guitars I did off the cuff, just playing the lines with different
tones, trying to keep it as clean as possible...

Awesome beginning... Kick-ass Bassline... Sounds like an Old-School Disco to me! Loved the part where you played with the lead at 01:48.. Hi-hats could've been better i feel.. but overall a decent track!! Superb!!!

Hello Kyle,

Overall a nice track, but little dry for me!

And yes, EDM is 40% about Musicality & 60% about how you use your Fx processor. Some reverb's, filters, delays, would take this track altogether on a new high. Thumbs up for the wobble style bass and Side-chaining.

Dear Larry,

Loved the Bassline... and use of arps. Loved the way guitar rhythm was introduced but was little unsatisfied with the way the were cut abruptly. Overall a beautiful Chill-Out Track & looking forward to hear more interesting sounds from you.

A big thank you for giving this a listen and spot on with the abrupt comment, this one of my first tracks done in 2013 where I was still very much feeling my way. This is a track along with some others I may revisit and remix at some stage. Really pleased you liked some of it though.

Lovely track. For me it was the bass, which was the pick of the lot. Superbly played by all the musicians and a perfect Chillout winter track it is! Great Mix & special applause to Mr. Slap Johnson, Sax part was wonderful Sir :)

Yeah, I love that bass too. Sometimes you just get lucky twisting knobs :-).

Slap Johnson and Franco Quadroni are simply great musicians. people like them add so much to Looperman (and therefor the tracks I make). I can't thank them enough.
