That intro is insantly captivating! Perfect for studying but enough happening to make it extremely pleasurable to listen to when you listen in. I have to say it seemed to scratch my brain in a very pleasant way the way all the sounds danced around in my headphones. A pleasurable, chill listen! Thanks!

Thanks a lot. Yeah I think its a good headphone mix - plenty of width in the diffuse guitar reverb thingameejig. Much appreciated. Pretty sure I've used a few of your loops here and there in other tracks by the way. Cheers Zoot.

Now THIS is soul! That vocal is very haunting and I enjoyed this listen. Whose the bassist? They be GROOVIN and chillin in the pocket. That organ is so sweet on the top too. Great work! Feels timeless.

Thank you so much!!! The bassist is a long-time friend in music I've worked with occasionally. I'm very happy you enjoyed the track.

That piano is so beautiful and mesmerizing! The drums really pick up the pace, and the energy is quite captivating. Did you play the piano? Wonderful piece here!

This is a very good song! The production is top-notch. Feels like a movie from start to finish. Almost could see this in the next John Wick film! Great big subs and a huge space with the synths that you had dancing around. What a phenomenal job!

on Hello by Musicwithoutborders
I cant help but notice a weird stuttering sound throughout the song. Maybe an issue with rendering? Regardless, the song itself is very good and I love the woman's voice! Beautiful work here!

That intro makes me imagine a scene where the good guy is sneaking into a huge building and taking out bad guys along the way! A true visionary you have always been, welcome back old man!

Old man...Sigh...Not quite yet, but we are approaching that. In the meantime, this Gen Xer will keep making music that I want to hear.

I have to agree with the others, this song is very well-produced. Where did you find the violin samples at? They're perfectly emotional and the rapper is mixed very well into the beat. Feels like I'm swimming in the beat, I love it!

Getting heavy vibes on this one! Buddy of mine heard it at work and said it's fire! The strong chimes really make the chorus pop perfectly without overdoing it. Keep it up, this is a great piece.

on Get up on the beat - featuring Grafezzy by pseudoble
Those drums be WILDIN. Love all the synth work, the sidechaining on the all the different layers is so fun to listen to. How'd you do the drums? Love the complexity!
pseudoble
pseudoble replied 27th Aug 2024 - 1 year ago
Hey - thanks for listening. The drums are just a couple of loops then theres 6 vst instruments - most from Akai and one from Arturia and as you can tell some of those instruments have been extensively manipulated 8 or more different effects and sound layered - I cant really say I knew what I was doing as I largely just experiment till Im happy with a sound
