Alas if such a world exists!

Love the sound fx, especially the little mechanical and laser sounds. This could seriously be played at a club in Sydney: the quality is so good! You and Monsieur Robot did a spectacular job on this!

Wow love this! Very nice industrial harmonics. I found myself dancing in the chair with this. The build up is very cleverly done. The structuring is clean and deliciously delivered. Haven't listened to a good Industrial instrum like this in a long time. Faved!

on Bongo Bill, Sid Shaker and 2 guitars by DanielGtrman
Very nice melody! The double guitars work so well together, and love how one is slightly panned to the right. Although I must agree with npk417 that the bongos had a little too much reverb, but everything else is lovely! I usually overdo my reverbs myself =( pain in the ass to kick that habit if you ask me haha.

Excellent job!!

thanks for your encouraging and helpful review - the recording technique for me is always a bit (a lot) hit and miss, where to pan instruments, what reverb to use. Glad u liked.

on Unite by Tiltedbeats
Wow the melody is so chill! And I agree with Barry: the levels are perfect. rei's guitar skills are awesome as usual, and the underlying message of this makes this track even more beautiful.

Great work!

Wow Sakura! =) I just found this track. I'm so glad you made something excellent with the loops. Perfect vox, perfect atmospherics, and the drops are well placed. A definite fave!

Ohh that is so beautiful! And you have a very beautiful voice. As Barry said: perfect pitch, superior range, and by jove your emotions are just overflowing! I'm really jealous of your voice lol -__- I should be hearing this track on the radio right this minute!

on Swinging Day by Aberon
WOW awesome. For the life of me I can never do a jazz number. No matter how much I poke my piano it always ends up demented. I think jazz hates me, but I love jazz! And this one's going straight to my faves.

The dynamics are very well thought out. The gradual introduction of the instrums was a good choice. Ooh and you're not too stingy either! 5:41 lol excellent song length! The walking bass gave it a blues feel, but the piano trills steered it back to that cool cat jazz that you've created. Awesome stuff this one!

on Lance Johnson the Surfer by Planetjazzbass
Woah the bass is out of this world! I can imagine the sand and surf. I'm not much into them Bondi surf boys, but this song made them all sound sexy schmexy! Love how Robert laughs too: HEHEEEYHEHEHEHE!!!11oneone!!

Full of glee and mischief! Excellent track. Everything flowed wonderfully smooth!

on First Step by kimy27
I think this is quite good for a first track! The structuring is clean, levels clean, panning not overdone. I think you've got something here. It's a tad too short though lol...

Btw, to know who's loop you're using just take a look at the file name you downloaded (hope you didn't rename it, otherwise all is lost and the world will end!) It should say something like "looperman_12345_67890_..." etc. The first set of numbers after "looperman" would be the member's ID.

Replace the last digits in bold of the following link with that number:
https://www.looperman.com/users/detail/12345

And that should take you to the member who created the loop! :)

on Hey by Triii_C
Love the groove, and the strings/piano coupling, plus the piano panning really works! The vox was well layered, and the emotions are really well portrayed. I absolutely loved the way this track unfolded like a letter... I mean, if somebody asks forgiveness this way, they'd be a bastard to disregard it (especially if he's supposed to be a gentleman)! This is radio quality, and the song's well structured.

Very very good track!

on Another Existence by Sakura
Damn, you rock star you! I like this, the riff is smooth but still edgy... reminds me a little of POD. By itself it's a little repetitive, but I imagine that this wouldn't be the case once the vox is added in.

Awesome track if you ask me!

on 3DAnnilation by Sakura
This is the demo? Man, then the finished product must be epic then! The bass is really driving, and the guitar is just awesome. The drops are well placed. And the rhythm is just the right tempo to headbang to high heavens.

Btw, who's that in your profile pic? She looks so awesome *__*

on Tell Me A Secret by TraXnCtrl
The slight atonality of it gives it a unique feel, it's quite a strange trance, but in a hypnotizing kind of way! Awesome stuff!

Maybe this could be part of the MI4 soundtrack, or maybe even a James Bond flick! Hey, the title is Tell Me a Secret. Bond has heaps of em eh ;)

Thanks,
My plan is to hypnotise as many loopers as possible in order to recieve good reviews % (lol)

I am glad you have fallen for my evil plan and enjoyed the track

You will now remember nothing of this other than the song which will keep running through your mind.

on The Way of all Flesh by Planetjazzbass
Wow... now that's disturbing ambiance. It's like the music that Johnny Hollow plays on their website. The beat and the guitar is really disconcerting, and the vox sounds like they came straight from all 9 circles of hell.

Loved it!

Hey Script....thank you for listening...I don't think it will ever appear as background musak in supermarkets or lifts...maybe in asylums?...hehe cheers Dave :)

on Tharp by Planetjazzbass
At first I thought it was going to be a purely ambient kind of track, with the nature sounds and all in the beginning. And then the beat kicked in and, as bchris puts it, I was taken through a yin/yang ride of my life. I wouldn't be surprised if this drove your screen visualization crazy, because this is one crazy chill out track. I can hear this being played in some bar in the city, just as the sun is dipping under the concrete horizon and the gossip and chatter amongst friends is beginning. Or perhaps being played in some alternative shop selling all things strange and wonderful!

Excellente, planet and eshar!

I love your play on volume here. Very clean levels, which is good even with the slight distorted waves. What were the whispered words somewhere near 1:45?

on Yokahama by Krook
I like the groove. Although I didn't really get anything... Japanese from this I guess. Why was this called Yokahama, if you don't mind me asking? It has a more Latin feel to it than Japanese (with the beat and the cuica that you used).

Great track though =)

Cheers,
Ria

Thankyou for reviewing my track Ria.
I could not think of a title for the track and decided to call it Yokahama because that is where Lo_opmix comes from and his loops are the main part of the track.
Away to check your tracks:)
