Just finsihed listening to your long Blues song. I liked it a lot. Very nice vocals and the intensity going in and out throught the tune. I mean first nice and soft and quiet, and then louder and more forceful.

So it is nice to hear a song that builds as it keeps a persons attention longer I think.

Just listened to both of your uploaded songs. I think you did a great job on this one here. I love acoustic guitar myself and play my on most all my tracks for the added layering effect. Mine is a 'Mitchel' brand. Not that expensive, but does the job nicely.
You also have a good voice as well. So it is a plus that a person can sing and play...as I can't myself. It certainly adds to any song and makes it more interesting.

I didn't understand the words, but it didn't matter as the music was very well done and enjoyable.

Well, this song is the latest one you have here. I liked the overall sound and the song itself. The Bass did sound very nice, and was more out in front on my speaker setup.

You did a great on this song and I did like the changes you made in the middle. Just makes a song more interesting when something different is done, rather than listening to the same all the time.
One of my friends complained that I put breaks in my songs....but I tell them that's what breaks it up...more variety.

Anyways, I like what you did here and all your songs are well done.
I'll be posting a classic rock type of song in a few days that I had done...but couldn't post it here till the site was back up.
Give it a listen if you get a chance. Would like your input on it.

Hello Allen,

I decided on this rock song for my review as you know I love rock.

At first impression, it sounds really very nicely done. The bass part is a little boomy on my system, but not a real problem.
In mastering my songs at my friends studio, he's always rolling the bass off my songs. I also play Bass guitar and love heavy bass and drums myself.

Here the drums are right on, so your friend did a great job with them. Your guitar playing is very good and tastefully done. Doubt that I could ever match it, esp. as I get older! I like the different sounds you get out of it.

So all in all Allen, I like your song, and I should to listen to many more, as I see you also do Blues.

Sounds pretty cool with the Sitar sound as the lead.
The background fits in well I think. Guess you would call it an Ethnic tune. I have never done such myself.
Would be nicer ...to me anyway's...if other instruments could have taken over the lead part here and there. Would make it a little more interesting I think.

Very nice guitar sound. I like that particular sound for rock. The vocals were done very well too. Good vocalist and words.
I think another harmony vocal(s) singing along in the chorus would have been really nice and made a great addition. Altho I do realize a person is lucky to have even one good vocalist.

Perhaps a unit or a software pgm. that does vocal harmony's would work ....might be fun to try and see what happens.
Anyways, just rambling here, the song does sound very good as is.

Been awhile since I have heard anything from you. I saw you in the featured window and it reminded me. I worked a lot last year so I wasn't on here much, or making music...but now I am retired and can do what I love most...make music.

So this tune is really cool. I like hearing the bass...sounds like a fretless. The vocals are right on and fit right in this song. I'd have to say you've out done yourself as this a great tune. Very good job Dave.

I like the beginning of this song with the acoustic guitar. I often use an acoustic guitar as fill even in a rock song.

Sounds very good for being a live recording. Again the singing is very good. Good story line too.

Wow... a really dynamic track. I like the music and how the song builds and quiets back down. The vocals are very good as well.

Very good quality and to be expected in owning a recording studio.

Can't wait to hear the next song. When you uploaded your songs, make sure you click the 'Featured Track' box...this way they will get played much more often as featured tracks appear in the top right hand corner of the Looperman screen as they rotate around and around.
If you didn't by chance, you can still go back in and 'edit' the song and re-save without uploading the song again.

I wanted to check out your latest venture here. I like the sound of this tune with the background.

Guess someone could put a nice vocal with it...but not me as I don't sing. Probably if I did sing, I'd sound something like Bob Dylan. (Not a bad thing at all). Sort of talking rather than a singing voice.

Looks like your full up on adding anymore songs. I think you'll have to delete some of the earlier ones to make room for new ones.

Anyway, I liked this song you put together, very relaxing.

I saw this Blues tune you had here and wanted to give it a listen. I like it a lot. Has the basic Blues pattern....but the guitar playing makes the song come alive.

You did a very nice job on this tune. I did a couple blues songs that have slide in them. Ever try slide guitar?

Overall, your guitar playing shined thru on this song and it is appreciated that you shared this with us here. I may try another Blues tune soon myself. Right now I just finished up a country tune that I'll upload tomorrow if your interested.

Looks I can be your first reviewer here for this song. First of all, I wanted to thank you for your review of a song I did recently.
I haven't lisstened to much of any 'House' type music before, but this is pretty cool. Has a solid steady beat that is always necessary for this type of song. It seemed like the main words of the song just repeated a lot over and over....so I think more lyrics would be great to go with the driving backgrounmd music to tell more of a story :-).

I am happy to hear this country rock tune here. I like it and it sounds really nice. The slide guitar sounds cool and some pedal steel sounds are there.

The vocals make all the difference in a song and I like them here. The guitar playing is very good.

As for this tune, it is kinda cool sounding to me and a lot different than what I do myself. I like all the different stuff going on within the song. I realize it only drum and bass, but it still is nice to be able to make something up that fits together well.

Thought I'd come and see what you have up. About 50 songs I see. Nice to hear some clean guitar playing. I like what you have done with this song. The 2 guitars of course blend very nicely.
I haven't played my acoustic for awhile. I have a Mitchell brand that I use now and then. But I have been very busy at work most of this year, and haven't put out anything since April. :-(

Another nice pop/folk type tune. I like this one as well. Then addition of the mandolin is a nice additional sound. That is one instrument I never learned. Seems like the frets were to small to my eyes. lol

I would say you'd have a good chance of getting ahead in the music world if you advertize in the right places.

Oh....meant to ask...what does the 'ft' stand for? I see it in quite a few of your titles.
