Thanks a lot man! Do you have any basic tips on volume control? I know that instrument volume levels need to be adjusted but should bass be louder? or kick louder than snare?

yes i agree the voice should be higher.

only using 4 voices on my sub patch does seem to limit the depth and threfore overall tone of the chord progression.
I was thinking the same thing...

Perhaps if just go nutz with it and switch it to a Poly and use a second oscilator to bring in some deep raw sq/saw movement in the lower octaves i could draw out the true character of the sound and therefore fill in the "OBVIOUS" gap in my mixing techniques that have left such a sizable piece of the sonic spectrum without proper attention.....

yes that it....you are totally right central....i think i will just got for it and scrap this track and start from scratch with the voice higher....

thank you for listening to the complete creation.

This is a synth jam track meaning that I played the solo line in a real time... I do not expect anyone to like it in it's entirety as it is basically a quite chaotic improvisation.

I appreciate your comment therefore even more and the fact that you liked it from 2:59. All sounds are from Roland Juno Di - I used only the presets this time as it is a new hardware for me.

It has an excellent sound editor so I can design the sound entirely from scratch.

Thanks for your reply and the feedback, im still getting the hang of this MPC and I still don't know how to use most of the features. Hopefully ill post something more well-rounded in the future. And yeah, I thought the bass might be too deep but wasn't sure whether to change it or not. Jam on brotha!

what you hear isn´t me playing guitar. it´s a loop from xyilent. i changed tempo and add tones of fx on it. so after that it sounds like a kind of a guitar
