I, for one, am glad to see dubstep moving out to fuse with other musical forms. To me, it's far more interesting. I think you've found and captured the spirit of both here, and done it really well at that. Nice one.

I really dig this track, it's got good vibes to it! Drum and bass is a fun and yet challenging genre, and I think you've done really well for your first try! I would definitely recommend easing off on the compression or limiting or whatever you used on the master. It would have more dynamics that way. some of the high ends were a little harsh, and different mastering might help that. I do really like it though, and I'd like to play it on my loopradio.net show soon. Faved for sure! Thanks for the DL!
Take your time to learn, it will guide you your path to making things like this ;) For some people it just flows out of them and for other people it's a thing they have to learn but don't be demotivated because some people can just do it but try to get better every time, sure you can do it ;)

Hey JP, some really nice synth work here. Love the intro melody. Was hoping to hear you reprise that. I think it could use more low end bass, but I'm really into bass.
It seems a bit strange to me though on the drastic change at the break. Almost like a Segway into another song.
Mm yeah for the intro melody I couldn't find a spot to place it back in without making very weird transitions haha. Mm I thought more low end bass would make it muddy in combination with the already pounding kick, so I went for a more subtle bass but thanks for the idea, will keep it in mind ;) Hahaha it indeed features a drastic change in beat but it at least makes up for a more interesting song at least I think so.
